The sea view was amazing.

Very difficult returning from the beach...

Quiet Location good choice of food,friendly staff

Can be very noisy at weekends when the Spanish arrive with their children for a weekend break.

Friendly staff, excellent food for a 3*. They left prepared food for us on our midnight arrival. Fabulous view from room. Later in the day well after checkout they let us use a room for a shower. Lovely pool.

Nothing really, I'd definaty stay there again

I likes the fact that it was well away from what the English would say is the central square of all the bars. Being surrounded by the espanic people gave me the re assurance that i was actually being catered for

the double beds are not big enough

I didn't spend much time in the hotel as I was on business but it was pleasant and the staff were very helpful. I would have liked to stay longer as good location near the beach with sea views

The hotel was absolutly spotless & the views were amazing. Also, the buffet was great, they tried their best to have something new for every meal over the week. Lots of fruit, yogurts, deserts & main dishes to choose from. The staff were very friendly & the reception staff were extremely helpful with any queries.

The only thing that really put me off this hotel was distance form the New town. The old town is really spanish & very little happening around the area for at least an hours walk. We saved money on food because we were full board but we spent at least €20-€40 a day on cabs between doing anthing during the day & going out at night time. If you like extremely looooong walks everysingle day then this is the place for you. I thought I was a walking person until I stayed here. It seemed to be a mission to get to anywhere where things are happening. If you are full of life, like music, a good lively atmosphere this is not the place for you. I would definatley recommend the hotel for a quiet relaxing break.

Good location, easy to find from the motorway and easy parking. Nice large room plenty big enough for a family of 4.

The food selection wasn't as good as the last Servigroup hotel we stayed at in Benidorm. We could have done with extra pillows and no hairdryer in the room.

It seems this hotel will become our family one. We really love everything about it!!!!

We had been last year and enjoyed the hotel,great for walking and the food was good. And we like that a lot of spanish people are there.there was ice cream every day this year,which I love.

We had a cockroach in the bathroom,we waited half an hour for someone to come and remove it, it was alive. We had no hot water one morning for showers in the whole hotel. The cleaners did not replace the shower gel one day,so had to shower with shampoo that I had taken with me.

room was large but needed modenising.Food was good but needed a bit more variety at dinner times.all in all a good stay although only one night.

Excellent value for money with food to a good standard, helpful staff. Plenty of areas to park a car (for a fee).

Like many hotels the public areas are attractive and well maintained. However, the room we occupied (602) needs money spent on it, as the melemine furniture should have been discarded a long time ago. I was concerned about the rail on the room veranda because it was secured to the wall by just four brackets,which in turn were held by pop rivets. Its seemed flimsy and did not inspire confidence, I would not stay again if we had young children travelling with us.
