Hotel Servigroup Venus    

A lovely low ground room over looking the pool. The food was good always a good choice. Very clean

Our room was way too small for 3 adult beds . not enough sunbeds. We lay on the floor while people had towels on the beds but not returning to them. Would def go back tho

the front of house staff was fantastic.billy was the most helpful and polite at all times

Nice hotel, great staff, good rooms, great food.

Very noisey at night, room faced main road with constant coach pick up and drop off. Overlooked Jokers bar rowdy people until 6am!

Location, cleanliness and the food

Pool sun loungers were always pre booked in the morning with towels being put on them.

Spotlessly clean.Good food.Top staff.Terrific location.

The rooms were excellent, modern and clean. The choice of food was excellent. The hotel and outside areas were very clean

was like a 5 star hotel. The food was excellant. The rooms had modern showers & cubicles so there was no wet floors.

Not sure about air conditioner. Only tried it once seemed to be a bit warm.Dont know if it waqs on the right setting? No instructions but I should have asked.

there was no tea or coffee at main meal times.and maybe if there was a kettle in the room this would not have been an issue.apart from this could not fault the hotel.

I felt very relaxed in the hotel, although I was there for one night I liked the politness of the staff. I stayed last year for three nights in Sept and I hope to be able to stay there this Oct 2003.

great location close to everything you need. very clean and staff were friendly and helpfull Food was nice and a fair choice.

when i had to leave, i could of stayed a lot longer :-)

Noticed it was very clean and the food was good catering for most palates

Given cost per head there was nothing to complain about.

The hall next to the dining room was closed there used to be dancing in there

This is an excellent hotel with very pleasant & helpfull staff. We have stayed at the Hotel Venus on a number of occasions, we are also returning in November again.

There was nothing we did not like.

location, facilities, food & pool all excellent, excellent value on drinks in evenings.

There was excrement on the floor in communal toilet at reception. Staff on reception lost our passports (as you have to hand in when check in) although thankfully they were found on time for our departure. This did cause concern.

The hotel was excellent, good location, easy access to main streets and beach, all good bars nearby, very clean, staff very helpful, we asked for a poolside view they sorted it straight away food excellent, 1/2 board well worth it. great stay.

only one member of staff in the bar, refused to give us ice to take to our rooms, all the other bar staff were happy to accomodate

Excellent food. Friendly and helpful staff. Close enough to amenities.

The hotel location you could walk into the clubs or short walk down to the beach front where less noise. Caters for not just the young but the old. For disabled people the mobility buggies enabling them to get around as it is flat.Plenty of shops,restaurants and bars prices very cheap. Ideal for long week-ends and longer stays.

Only one complaint the bacon in the hotel find the meat amongst the fat.

Lovely rooms good food nice atmosphere English channels on tv, friendly receptionist, easy underground parking, nice pool area, little park for the kids, good cafe, drinks good price including 2 for 1 on a lot of them.

The only issue is that some of the road facing rooms are opposite bars so it was noisy till about 1:30 am and that was in the low season. The windows let some air and noise in but all in all it was great there

Staff were always friendly and helpful . Rooms were well equipped and clean. Lifts were never too busy! Benidorm Palace trip a lovely bonus! Free wifi.

Food was cleared away exactly on time or a little early! Which meant dinner was cold by the time I had eaten soup....otherwise I would have had to do without!
