The staff is very kind and willing to help in any way

I liked almost everything. However, I would not recommend this hotel if you are going to Seville for holidays (a more centrally located hotel would be better).

The price was good and the parking facilities relatively cheap. Rooms were large and clean.

No coffee making facilities and the breakfast was pretty ordinary.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip in Andalusia. The hotel was clean, breakfast was normal. The views from the windows are not nice because there is a hospital and smt industrial on both sides. It's 5 min walking to the bus stop and then 10 min by bus to the center. And it's 25 min to the center by foot. There is a parking for 10 euro per 24 hours. We stayed previous night at the old hotel in Granada, it smelled like old and felt not that clean, so we decided to stay in new hotel, and were satisfied.

Easy access with a car. Although, you will be extremely lucky if you find a free public parking space. Most likely you will have to pay. Also, I believe the hotel is using the parking of the supermarket next door (Mercadona). The hotel looks new, room was spacious, clean and very nice.

The biggest problem: there is some sort of factory on the side, which makes a lot of noise all night. If you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring or buy earplugs. Location. 15-20 min from Maria Luisa Park and Plaza Espana, but maybe 1 hour away from the city center.

The restaurant was cold and deserted and sold only very basic food - however there are excellent tapas bars very nearby.

Modern, near new, good standard; spacious bathroom, controllable aircon in the room; free & working wi-fi; continental buffet breakfast with good choices; small plyaground for kids; supermarket next door (and another smaller one ~10min away); few pubs within 5min walk; bus stops 5-10min walk away

The room was clean, and had free wifi.

The hotel offered plenty of amenities on paper but in actuality these are done pretty poorly. The breakfast buffet was very basic and the egg and bacon badly cooked and cold every morning not just a one off. The hotel had no atmosphere it felt cold and basic you could not relax here at all. There is no bar or restaurant here but a cafeteria which served very basic food and drink with not one comfy chair to sit on, also we did not have the evening meal in Palmera lounge but did see the buffet food carted through and looked like something served at a kids party.

New and rather stark and lacking in atmosphere.

The hotel is located far away from the downtown and it is not public transport available. The receptionist woman was unfriendly and she became just irritated when she asked us second day after check-in to pay a difference of 36 euros because our daughter is 14 years old, not 12 as is the hotel requirement. She made nasty remarks about our daughter and she threatened with the charge of credit card before having a discussion to solve mutually this problem. Why she didn’t say anything at the time of check-in? She couldn’t answer. We stay then in the same room, with an extrabed, not with 3 beds for adults, without all necessary accessories for 3 people. She could’t explain why. We have a long discussion with 2 spanish agents of booking.com about this situation. In the printed registration form sent to us doesn’t appear the child’s age. Even now, if I put the age of 14 on the site, I am directed to the same type of room. The age of 12 appears only if I click on the small child’s icon near the room presentation. The agents recognized this important difference and the fact that we didn’t receive a correct information, but they were anable to change the hotel decision. So, although we hadn’t any fault , we had to pay. I believe that booking.com must present clear and visible informations on the website that may be find in the printed form too. I think that booking.com must protect the interests of its customers and repair the possibles financial damages.

The hotel is very basic, no bar, no leisure facilities, but the rooms are very clean, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The prices offered great value and the location for us was excellent.

Nada.

Esta un poco lejos del centro, con poca locomoción de bus. De noche la entrada está apagada para ahorrar y parece una cueva mas que un hotel que pretende ser cuatro estrellas, Mientras de día hay muchas luces innecesarias. No lo recomiendo para turistas.

No hay servicio de habitaciones para Desayunos. No hay Mini-bar, hay que ir al sótano a máquina de vending. Aire Acondicionado defectuoso. Escasa ventilación natural por apertura ventana escasa (una) Ducha defectuosa.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la feria, se puede ir caminando y cerca del centro de Sevilla. Muy limpio, cómodo y la cafetería estupenda.

Ottimo Hotel, di recente costruzione. Il centro si raggiunge facilmente con l'autobus n.1, o n.37 . Poca rumorosità dall'esterno.

Si sentono tutti i rumori dei vicini di stanza!

Pedí en las observaciones bañera y no me la dieron, cuando llegue a la habitación llame a recepción para ver si podían cambiarnos y nos pusieron un montón de pegas a pesar de estar el hotel medio vacío

Está relativamente cerca del casco histórico (4 km).

Al llegar, el baño no estaba adecuadamente limpio, pero el personal muy atento lo limpió tan pronto lo notificamos. La carta de la cafetería es bastante reducida.

Esta pegado a un poligono industrial y a primera hora de la mañana, habia algunos ruidos.
