Clean ,efficient,Business Hotel

No Bar -Lounge

Nothing to remark on the hotel itself; spacious rooms, excellent value for money and conveniently located at a bus stop that takes you straight to the center in about 15-20 min.

We chose the hotel because we were traveling by car, but one word of caution for those who value their car (well I guess it is a comment valid for all public parkings in Spain): the hotel does not have a dedicated parking, but shares one with a supermarket with lots of in - and out traffic as a result... And of course somebody scratch my 2 week old brand new bmw5. So if you go there and they block the entry to -2 or -3 with a fence: disregard and park your car downstairs: there is nobody there and your car will live happily ever after

the bathroom has not toilet brush or trash basket.

The hotel was very secure. It was the first time we encountered the need for a key to take the elevator, open your room and turn on your lights/air conditioning! The room was nice and the bathroom very large. It was in walking distance to the local train station which has connections to Santa Justa or "cercanias" trains.

I would definitely ask for more than one key because if one person needs to leave the room the others are in the dark with no a/c as the key is required to operate these functions.

Conveniently located near a Cercanias train station and a Mercadona supermarket. Clean, neat, good value for money. The staff swiftly printed for me a page I needed urgently.

Pretty basic accomodation, no extras such as safety box, minibar etc. which would have been nice.

Very expensive for the location (the feria was on so probably the reason)

Excellent if you have to visit the hospital virgin de rocio as it is literally on the doorstep,and convenient to local bistros

Cuando llegamos, a las 15:00, no tenían lista aún la habitación y nos hicieron esperar veinte minutos en la recepción antes de hacer el check- in. Otra cosa que me llamó la atención es que todo lo que había en el minibar eran dos botellas pequeñas de agua. Me parece muy pobre para un cuatro estrellas. Los domongos la cafetería cierra a las doce y por la zona es complicado encontrar un bar abierto. No teníamos contratado desayuno y nos costó encontrar un lugar para tomar un café.

Keurig hotel. Schone, ruime kamers. Goed en makkelijk bereikbaar vanaf vliegveld. Het hotel ligt buiten het historische centrum, maar je loopt in 5 minuten naar de bushalte bij het AC-Hotel en rijdt dan voor 1,30 euro in 5 minuten naar de binnenstad. Die afstand is dus niet echt een bezwaar. Naast het hotel (op de eerste verdieping) is een restaurantje/koffietentje waar je 's morgens voor een prik kan ontbijten. Goed en veel goedkoper dan het dure en uitgebreide hotel-ontbijt. De veiligheid is goed geregeld. Voor het gebruik van de lift moet je ook je kaart-sleutel gebruiken. Je auto kun je gemakkelijk kwijt in de woonwijk bij het hotel, duur parkeren hoeft echt niet.

Alhoewel de netto reistijd naar de stad dus kort is, ga je 's middags niet even snel naar je hotelkamer om je op te frissen. Dat is, met wachten op de bus en dan heen en weer, net weer even te tijdrovend. De hotelkamers zijn een beetje gehorig. Het hotel hanteert een heel wisselend prijsniveau. Het varieert per dag. Wij betaalden van 105 tot 74 euro in een week.

Es un Hotel limpio, con buenas intalaciones, cómodo.

Que no incluyeran desayuno en la tarifa pagada.

El estado de hotel es excelente y sobre todo la amplitud de las habitaciones y del bano. Los amenities de maravilla y la atencion del personal de maravilla. Volvere sin pensarlo y ademas lo recomendare a mis amigos
