The hotel is in the center of Ronda, with panoramic views of El Tajo gorge and just around the corner from the Plaza de Toros famed as the birthplace of bullfighting.
Score from 379 reviews Very good
Hotel Polo is one of the most traditional family-run establishments in the very centre of Ronda.
Score from 676 reviews Very good
This charming hotel is situated in the historic and retail heart of the town, facing the oldest bullring in the world, where bullfighting was born.
Score from 281 reviews Very good
Hotel clean. Very helpful staff
It's not a 4star hotel (lack of facilities)
Location is very good. other things are well.
good location ,very helpful staff, we had some problems not related to the hotel and they helped us out ,décor very nice and modern,
not a lot of choice on the breakfast menu
Near the center Very clean
Pipes have a horrible smell, they change us to other room.
Clean hotel located just outside the main attractions. We liked the lobby area and breakfast selection.
We felt as though our room was very basic for a 4 star hotel.
everything was perfect for us
Staff were exceptionally helpful. And the location close to the city centre was ideal for our short break.
We had some difficulty locating the hotel but cant blame the hotel for that!
Value for money.
No parking lot. But I could park at the street near hotel.
Very friendly staff Free garage good wifi
no view on Ronda
Very friendly staff and good location, nice parking hall under the hotel.
Breakfast was not that good but OK.
The staff were very helpful - they showed me the best way to view the various historical sites and also good restaurants etc.
I was so satisfied with Ronda as a tourism spot. but after coming back home, it turned badly. What I was disappointed were three things. I made the mistake that double reservation, one is logged-in ID and the other one was without ID. I didn't check up my mail, that was my mistake. In spite of my mistake, they have serious problems on services. 1) But if it were other 4-star hotels, my mistake will be shown when I checked in. They didn't let me know the reservations with my name were two. It shows this hotel is not that seriously managed. 2) When I asked about rethinking of my refund for the double reservation, I sent it in English. They replied in 3 minutes, but it was Spanish - they read english in 3 minutes, but might have no time to translate it. I recommend you not to stay here if you don't speak Spanish. * Not that clean, But breakfast is quite good. * If you booked already, don't expect such a 4-star hotel in your mind.
Spacious room. Friendliness & helpfulness of staff
The staff at the front counter were extremely helpful.
The comfort of the bed.
Clean rooms, Decent breakfast with Rondas best coffee. Location close to bus terminal.safe space for our Roadbikes downstairs = Bike freindly hotel
AC was not on in our room all week (although I never asked) not sure about the plastic sheeting on bed = HOT! but can be removed
we did get a small room because it was booked by booking after complaints we did get a better one not all rooms are 4 star
Extremely good value
Loved the Hotel, with it's very friendly & helpful staff and the fact that it was extremely clean.
There is only 1 issue that I have with staying at the hotel and that was the in-room air-conditioning. There was no instructions on how to turn the AC on and as a result the room was very warm to sleep in even for May.
Very nice and new looking hotel and staff was really helpful. They even drove us to the Sunday market which was a bit far away at no charge.
One of the things we did not like was that it was about 600 metres away from the centre of town walking up a hill so this meant that access to the hotel after doing some shopping was a no no! So we ended up carrying the bags with us until after lunch which was when we went back to the hotel to chill for a few hours. We have stayed in ronda a few other times and stayed in hotels in the centre of town which was more practical. Also its the first hotel that i have been to that there is no information leaflets in the room about the hotel as such and not even the list of telephone numbers to have access to the reception desk. There was nothing complimentary like writing paper or a pen not even propaganda about the hotel. The only thing complimentary was a couple of small tubes of gel and shampoo, a tiny pack of tissues and a shower cap in the bathroom. Having stayed in four star hotels before this was rare to see frankly!
Proximity to the train station. Very courteous and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.
No do not disturb sign.
Staff friendliness, comfort
Modern nice-looking hotel. Pleasant staff. You can park in the streets nearby free of charge (but watch the signs or you get a fine instantly).
Not in the very centre, 5 min walk away, but the town is so small that it actually doesn't matter. If you want to have an Andalusian-looking hotel this one is not for you.
New hotel with towel warmers etc. Good value. Breakfast better than average for sure. Staff very attentive at breakfast.
the hotel is good value and perfect for sightseeing Ronda the breakfast was very good
could do with wifi in rooms and the previous guests had been smoking in the room
toilet is OK
We prefer more hot food during breakfast
