The reception staff were friendly and so were the chamber maids.The hotel was classy and the room as well as the rest of the hotel was nice and cool compared to 50 celcius outside. There was a car park for 15 euros a night. The hotel staff who parked the car scratched it and then said it was not their fault. We did not make a fuss but it was a bit upsetting as my partner had an unmblemished car before. |

The location of the hotel was very good near all the main attractions. The best part of the hotel was the lobby and reception area(great design). The rooms are not of a four star standard. While some of staff were very helpful some in truth were not helpful at all. |

Great location and very good facilities. The restaurant/bar at the ground floor is superb! Comfortable room. Staff very helpful to solve issues and help on tours and sightseeing. The air conditioning of the hotel is not good (which is a problem for a hot town like Sevilla). We had to change room and even in the second room AC was not great (better than the first room though). |

Fantastic hotel just minutes from all of the main tourist attractions, with excellent bars and cafe's on the doorstep. The rooms are well decorated and spacious and the hotel in general has a relaxing feel to it. The staff are also excellent and even due to an early flight arrival we were able to check in at 10am. |

The room was big and relevant for a stay of three person. The design of the room was nice. It was clean. During arrival, they were helpful and assisted timely and well in Valet-parking and I have received the car timely back as promised if I informed them 15-20 minutes upfront. Incredibly central situated hotel, which enables the guests to have quick access to downtown, most touristical scenes of the city. Worst thing is that there was an ongoing construction in the neighbour building just 1-2 meters close to the hotel. They start working like at 6.30 am and you may easily get the impression as if they hammer on your head. Hence you will have no need to make any wake-up call adjustment; good if you like to start your day earlier during the holiday. Daily car parking is a little bit expensive and needs booking; informing 20 minutes earlier in order to pick-up your car can be a mass. |

This stylish hotel exudes moorish charm. Stylishly furnished, the bed was very comfortable with fine linens. We were given a wonderful room with a large lovely terrace, complete with lounge chairs and a view of the cathedral. Great value! Although located on a quiet side-street, they are currently restoring the building next door, and one morning, we were awakened at 8am with much loud singing! At times, there was an offensive smell which was difficult to locate. |

Very comfortable and stylish hotel with internal courtyard and rooftop restaurant and bar with good view of Cathedral. Good location for accessing main sights of the city. Paid parking is a little distance away and staff have to deliver and collect your car from the street outside. |

A beautiful, traditional hotel in an excellent location - very near the city centre, but also very quiet. We were uncomfortably hot as the air con did not seem to be on in the room, or was on an extremely low setting and we were unable to change it. They seemed to turn it on properly just as we were leaving at 11am the next morning! There was no ventilation in the bathroom, and the shower was quite dangerous as it was heavy and fell on both my husband's and my heads when we had finished using it! We were not offered the "glass of sherry on arrival" that was stated on the form. When I requested this the receptionist gave me a ticket to get them from the restaurant, but there was no-one there so we went without. Overall the staff were not very friendly and the hotel was difficult to navigate. |

Eccellent staff at reception desk, clean room, good location walking distance to main attractions. We received a drink offered by the hotel to take at on of the two bars. The hotel is really noisy due to its structure even if we were at third floor. We went three times to restaurant in the terrace (seemed to be open, other guest with a beer), but noonw show up in 15 minutes. Late evening we finally found someone who was not able to speak english, strange for a turistic and high level class hotel |

Staff, service and ambience were very good indeed - better than many much more expensive hotels. Also we like its charm - again, prefer its simple (and traditionally Spanish) elegance to the opulence of big international hotels. Only that we forgot to ask for a non-smoking room and the previous occupant smoked - perhaps a cigar! |

We had read the negatives prior to booking. Our room had a problem with the air conditioning but the hotel staff were quick to address the problem and gave us another room immediately. With any property problems can occur, but travelers should be assured that the staff is very responsive. The breakfast buffet was the best we had during our trip. Really very good. |
