It 'does what it says on the packet'. It is a large modern hotel located in the commercial district but less that 5 minutes walk from the tram line (also bus station and metro )which takes you into the heart of the city in two, three or four stops (depending on where you want to be ). Clean ,comfortable, efficient staff, excellent breakfasts - perfect for a city visit. Public/guest car park under hotel.

Bedroom was a bit under-lit.

Although booking made with no deposit or pre-payment, hotel made the transactions to validate credit card by charging the whole amount and then credit the amount back. However, due to exchange rate different I need to pay the delta between the exchange change rate different which is 5 Euro. I am really disappointed to pay this extra $ and hotel didn't reply me after my complaint after 1 week.

Great clean rooms and beds. Good location, 10 minutes walk to old city center.

Nothing wrong, but it is mostly a tour-group hotel not your local cozy place.

Hotel is nice and clean. It is located within a 15 minute walk of the city center. The price was a good deal.

The hotel is very useful, they have swimming pool.

Public spaces are very nice. Staff good and friendly. 15 minutes walking from the city center, very convenient.

The family room we booked was too small and dark. Beds too hard. The air conditioning was working but you cannot really manage it. On it was too cold and off too warm...

The room was lovely, the cakes and flowers on arrival were unexpected but very welcome. This was a treat for my daughter and I was very happy with the accomodation.

My only critisism is that the hotel is a little way from the town centre.

Good clean hotel with good facilities

Room needed to be a bit larger. Too cramped. The coffee bar was terrible. Food very poor and service shambolic.

The rooma and facilities wre excellent. A very stylish hotel and only a 10-15 minute walk to the main sites. Great selection for breakfast.

Nothing that we did not like

Spacious hotel, good-sized room, quiet location, excellent breakfast buffet in large room, helpful reception, free WiFi worked and good selection of tv channels.

Musak in corridors and bar, expensive restaurant, poorly lit room with ancient tv hidden in the mini-bar cupboard, big price hike in the Feria Week, no tea-making facilities in the room - but hey, this isn't the uk!

We all thought the hotel was smart & stylish. It was perfectly located & had parking which was another factor we needed. The hotel staff we spoke to were all very pleasant & helpful. We all commented we would stay at the hotel again.

hotel very quite, staff very friendly. It is just a 30 min walk from town center and mayor atractions. Tram and bus stations very close. Tram takes you downtown in a 5 min ride. Nice neighborhood

no restaurants or shops nearby. It is a big hotel and accordingly a little bit impersonal.

The hotel is located in a nice and quite area, next to the Jardines de la Buhaira park, within a walking distance from the city center. We had a very nice view from the room window, overlooking the park, the rooftops of the old city houses and churches. Good breakfast with a large range of products. Very clean room. Spending the Holy week in Sevilla gives one life-time memories.

Wireless internet in the room had poor signal.

Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, powerful shower, great view. Very quiet (at least now because no airco or heating to disturb you) - likely ideal for a conference.

Completely outdated and smelly furniture in the two junior suites we were in - had to change room (from 12th floor) because of the oppressive dark room with extremely poor wifi - new room (5th floor) had the same furniture but was lighter with better wifi. Spa is mouldy and horrible in the basement. Outdoor pool closed (but unheated anyway). Name of hotel is misleading - 20 minutes walk from the center - tram is faster - it is the end station which tells you how far out it is.

Room was unbearably warm and stuffy...even though the weather wasn't great and we supposedly had air con. The air con was inefective and we were just glad we were only staying there one night. We then moved to a hotel that was half the price and far better in every aspect of the above survey

We were given a superior room (on the top floor) at no extra cost because the hotel was fully booked.
