basically all is perfect, very helpful staff, great rooms and real good beds and pillows
some room have no proper showers
everything was very good
It was the second time i stayed at the hotel within a fortnight. First time room no 13, all very good. Second time room no 3. Very bad lighting in the room and not so good furniture.
Well located and appointed. Second stay and still great hotel
Location was good and not far to sights on foot. Bathroom excellent. Bed comfortable pillows acceptable. Breakfast for the overall price was well presented and acceptable. Parking convenient. Easy to find but passenger needs to go to reception on arrival at hotel to obtain assistance to lower bollard and then park car.
Lack of lighting in the seating area of the room. Impossible to read a book. The narrow stairs from 1st floor to 2nd floor. (Lift to 1st only). Lack of indoor bar seating area.
Trip around the tio Pepe bodega
Unable to find a restaurant serving good food of the region.
Location. Two P-garages within 100m of the hotel. EUR 5 for a 24 hr pass (press the red button for such a pass when entering the garage). Interior design of the hotel is superb. Enjoyed every corner of the hotel which is more like a contemporary art museum. Very nice inner garden, lounge area as well as the restaurant. Would book the same hotel next time. And for sure value for money!
Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel in a good central location.
Our room was stunning. We had one of the suites which was huge, with very nice furniture and an impressive bathroom. The view from the 3 large double windows over the pretty little square was lovely, and right in the heart of the city
The hotel was difficult to locate due to the very narrow streets and one way system. Not something the hotel can do anything about!
Nice old palace downtown. Good location. Parking available. Breakfast somehow good (no buffet).
Room with very poor lighting. Ants in bathroom.
Style of the decor and facilities Friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff Central location Cleanliness Value for money
Location on the edge of the old town, friendly and helpful staff
lift only to the first floor
The lobby is beautifully laid out with sculptures and paintings with a courtyard next to a living wall where you can take in the surroundings. We had a spacious room with a spa bath. Coffee was good. Staff very welcoming and spoke English. Taxi was 20 Euros.
Another fab hotel, we booked a junior suite and were given the most fabulous room. The one in the pictures on the website. It was massive, beautfiful and tastefully decorated with modern prints and great furniture. We were sad to move on to our next stop. The staff are so friendly and helpful they can not do enough for you. We would reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting. Jerez. What a find if we are in Jerez again we will definitely stay here
Both the lady receptionist and the night porter spoke excellent English and could not be more helpful, thank you
Location, room, patio, breakfast area - everything!
Much to our surprise we were upgraded to a 3 room suite which my husband can't stop talking about!! Wonderful hydromassage bath. the parking is excellent.
the staircase up to the top floor
Classy boutique hotel in city centre
Almost everything. Atmosphere, staff, location, breakfast, room quality (we had a junior suite and it really was two separate rooms). The hotel also has its own private car park.
The lift only goes to the first floor (second floor for Americans), and we were on the 2nd., meaning we had to carry our bags up one flight but it was worth it.
To stay in a private Palace of elegance in the historic center of beautyfull Jerez is impossible to to enjoy.
Lovely hotel, great location and a fantastic restaurant. We had dinner twice and a lunch - good food and excellent service
Nothing at all
City centre location - everything is accessible on foot. Lovely big room and bathroom. Beautiful building and art in public areas. Great price - very good value.
Poor breakfast. Wifi a bit unreliable. Car parking expensive.
