The Breakfast and the Outdoor Pool area were fantastic. It was also really convenient to have a Europecar office on site. Anita Anjela on reception was very helpful to us many times through our stay. The room was small with such a big bed. we stayed for a week and were constantly in each others way in the room. Also not sufficient drawers etc to put our things away.

Staff couldn't do more for you, nothing ever a bother to them. Room service invisible but amazing. We left room in disorder returned to it looking fantastic. Restaurant very good. Swimming pool excellent (see didn't like). Rooms need a revamp. Childs bed very uncomfortable. TV and room entertainment need brought up to date. Showers ok but not great flow/pressure. Outside pool beautiful but very cold.

The hotel is very relaxing; the staff and facilities are lovely. Good position close to the town centre. Excellent breakfast. The air conditioning was not terribly efficient in our room. The bar staff, though friendly, were a little slow.

We didn't like dealing with booking.com and the hotel. We inadvertently clicked on 2 rooms instead of 2 people (careful when you book) and booking.com blamed the hotel and the hotel blamed booking.com and neither one of them would allow us to share a room so we lost an extra 62 euros. Bad experience !!!!!!

Very good reception staff. Hotel very convenient for Old Town, Bodegas, and Equestrian centres. Ample free parking. Regrettably some noisy guests on our floor caused considerable disturbance in the early ours of the morning. Sleep became very difficult.

The hotel is lovely, well furnished, well appointed, and well situated for the Royal And. Horse School and the Sandeman Winery - all in walking distance. We also walked into the heart of town for a bit of shopping 20 minute walk and then a 20 min drive took us to the mega shopping mall. We enjoyed hanging out a the bar, breakfast buffet was lovely and abundant. Restaurant didnt open until 8:30 pm - a bit late for our kids.

This hotel is spacious and set in quite extensive grounds. The rooms are a good size and most of them have a balcony. The food is excellent: on busy days a buffet is served in the dining room and on other days meals are available in the restaurant. Staff are always helpful. This is my favourite Spanish hotel! A slight drawback for some would be that the hotel is not as central as others, being situated close to the Royal Equestrian School. But there is a bus stop at the end of the very long drive and taxis are reasonably priced so location is not really a problem.

The best staff I've ever seen in a 4 stars hotel, apart from location and facilities. Breakfast was wonderful. Being a lot of guests, silent was wonderful, so I could rest all I wanted
