Para alguien que llegue a Castellón en tren o en autobús perfecto pero para nosotros hotel a evitar! Impersonal, mas tipo cadena Ibis o Etap que un cuatro estrellas.Camas y toallas impecables. No sé cómo asignan las estrellas en los hoteles en España, en todo caso con dos hubiera sido suficiente. Ubicación en barrio ruidoso, insonorización nula en las habitaciones, limpieza de las habitaciones somera...

El hotel esta al lado dela estacion de tren y a 5 min andando del corte ingles y del centro. La habitacion era amplia y estaba limpia. El acceso al parking no esta bien indicado y tuvimos que dar varias vueltas para llegar.

Hemos estado varios días esta Semana Santa, no tiene personal, sólo la recepcionista y alguién más,es pésimo, las instalaciones aunque restauradas, la mayoría son viejas y están estropeadas, como por ejemplo, las moquetas,el jacuzzi y el gimnasio, algunas habitaciones huelen a bajante, lo demás se ve limpio, esta justo en frente de la estación de autobuses, pero lejos del centro y en un barrio que en nuestra opinión no nos daba confianza, no volveríamos a este hotel, hay mejores hoteles por el precio de este.

La ubicación muy próxima a la estación de trenes, la limpieza y el comfort. La recepcionista que nos atendió a la llegada del hotel, a parte de no ser apta para la atención al público (haciendo gestos y comentarios poco adecuados), sólo hizo que dificultar el pago de las habitaciones reservadas y ni siquera nos explicó dónde se encontraban las habitaciones. Su actitud fue realmente sorprendente, con personal así, no dan ganas de volver...
