Clean room--Very comfy beds. When running tap in wash hand basin bathroom flooded---waste pipe not connected. No food available, although good restaurants nearby.

le confort la propretee aussi sa situation bien place pour les voyageur . hotel sans reproche. juste un petit souci de chasse D'eau qui ont ete solutionnes dans les minutes suivantes .

Habitación y baño bastante grandes, limpieza muy bien. Buena ubicación tanto si vas en tren, bus o coche, hay un parking enfrente bastante grande y gratis. Pedi cama doble y no me lo concedieron, nose si es culpa del hotel o de booking

Poca cosa. Todo muy precario. Tal vez, la wii gratuita. No me ha gustado no tener más de tres canales en el televisor y que, al quejarme, tuviera que llamar a la recepcionista dos veces, la cual me atendió con resoplidos y malas formas. Pasados 45 minutos, vino un señor del hotel por fin para confirmarme lo que ya sabía: no iba el tdt. Se fue y dijo que lo solucionaría pero pasadas 20 horas de mi queja, seguía sin ir. Luego está el hecho de que la wifi era todo lo inconstante que se puede imaginar uno. Agradezco que sea gratuita pero estoy dispuesto a pagar por algo más fiable. En cuanto a la bañera, el agua que salía era marrón. Por la madrugada, me despertó una alarma antiincendios que estuvo sonando varios minutos delante de mi puerta. Falsa alarma. En conclusión, no voy a volver a visitar este hotel.

La tranquilidad, es un hotel que lo primero que se siente al entrar es lo acojedor que es. en general la estancia en el hotel a sido buena, pero la relacion del personal con el cliente podria ser algo mejor. Pero en general lo considero un buen hotel.

La ubicacion no es muy centrica , pero esta muy cerca de la estacion de autobuses y el corte ingles !! es un buen hotel comodo, confortable y la habitacion era limpia y espaciosa, con un wifi que funcionaba muy bien !!

Bonne ambiance, personnel de réception parle français est très compétent et très aimable, j ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer le coordinateur Mr. Fallon est très aimable aussi. Je conseille fortement cet hôtel. Airco un peu bruyant et sans télécommande vous devez vous levez chaque fois pour l'eteindre ou allumer!! Sinon tout est parfait

Bonjour, Le personnel de l'hôtel était très gentil. Ils parlaient Français. Je ne conseillerais pas le repas à l'hôtel qu coûte 15 euros (ce qui est très cher) et le buffet n'était pas top. Ils font cela pour dépanner les clients qui veulent dîner sur place. Cela a le mérite d'exister. Très contente de notre séjour à Castellon. Nous avions réservé cet hôtel car il proposait des prestations qui nous intéressait comme le jacuzzi, le centre de sports et le sauna. Arrivés à l'hôtel j'ai demandé où se trouver le jacuzzi et on m'a répondu qu'l était cassé depuis 1 semaine... Pas de jacuzzi pendant les 8 jours où nous avions réservé. Super déçue. A la fin du séjour, j'ai demandé un geste commercial qui m'a été accordé. Ils m'ont offerts 4 nuits de parking sur les 7.

Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. Les chambres sont propres, bien équipées et très calmes. Aucuns panneaux sur la route pour situer l'hôtel (contrairement aux autres hôtels de la ville).

Très bien situé. Très confortable, propre, chambres spacieuses. Clim silencieuse. Personnel ok. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, certains appareils de sport dans la salle de gym non plus ne fonctionnaient pas, équipement pas très bien entretenu.

Las habitaciones en general, la ubicación del hotel y el trato del personal. No tiene spa, es un simple jacuzzi y una sauna. El gimnasio es muy pequeño y con muy pocas máquinas. El secador de pelo tenía muy poca potencia.
