very peaceful and tranquil at night. I fail to see why this hotel obtained 5 star status; Staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, Bedroom balconys were poor (very dirty plastic table and chairs and frankly not maintained), very poor selection of food in the restaurant, the spa is definitely not 5 star standard and the experience was not relaxing, the hotel is dated and in need of an upgrade particulary Bedrooms, restaurant & foyer. |

We like the hotel very much. It was the second time we have stayed. Its close to a lovely sandy beach and has an excellent outdoor and indoor pool. It is in a fairly quiet and unspolit area and the hotel provides a regular, free bus service to Valencia. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The hotel also has a spa (although we didn't use it,but it looked lovely). The sea view from our room was great No real vegetarian options food wise (although breakfast was excellent), no free water. No kettle in room. Lunch/dinner were very expensive (38 euros for lunch per person - about £30, Aug 2008) so we traveled to Valencia most evenings to eat at a third of the price. The rooms are ok and clean but not as stylish as you would expect from a true 5 star hotel. However bathroom was modern and clean |

The location to the beach, only a walk through the dunes, and large outside pool were excellent. Hotel shuttle into Valencia was great and very convenient. Hotel staff couldn't do enough for you and most spoke English. The hotel tends to nickel and dime you. They charge extra to use the safe, pool towels, jacuzzi...etc, most hotels offer these services as part of your stay. |

Peace & tranquility, views of the sea, excellent service, health spa especially hydro pool, very good breakfast, nice piano bar good cocktails, mini bus service to city price of food in the resturant. price of taxis to destinations i.e. pre charge before you left hotel |

Beautiful, seaside location in the protected National Park dunes. Excellent breakfast and useful and efficient free bus service into Valencia. The building itself is an eyesore - a modern, functional block surrounded by sand dunes, the sea (and several other similar appartment blocks). |

A wonderful sea view and an excellent breakfast. The spa is good too. La vue mer est magnifique et le petit dej excellent. Le spa n'est pas mal. Not really clean in the bathroom and bedroom. Some installations were broken (internet, shower, window). Small bedroom. Pas tres propre dans la chambre et la salle de bains. Quelques installations cassées (internet inaccessible, douche, fenetre). La chambre est petite. |

The shuttle bus into town was excellent and very frequent. the outside pool was really nice, clean and big. staff were helpful and friendly. we had a nice stay. This is a good place to go if you just want a totally relaxing holiday and dont want to do much. It was expensive to eat and drink there. there was'nt any entertainment nothing to do day or night except swim or get the bus into town. The beach was ok. |

Quiet, room was comfortable, good breakfast, newspapers available in the reception, easy parking The charges for the wifi (excessive), the prices in the hotel bar (excessive), grumpy staff (although multi-lingual), the hotel restaurant food poor quality for what is supposed to be a five star restaurant. |
