The location was fantastic & the overall look of the hotel looked expensive & cool
However, even though the family bedroom looked nice our beds were really hard & the pull out bed squeaked all night so my 6 year old could not sleep. There was absolutely no sound proofing in the room so we could hear everything going on above & below us!
Lovely hotel, staff were really friendly and helpful. very near ski lifts and centre, spa was lovely after a day skiing
Room slightly small and hot but nothing too bad, wouldn't put us off staying there again
buffet/food was excellent spa/pool was great staff were nice
room was too hot and not able to control temperature. had to open terrace door fully to keep room cooler. could hear noisy family next door as room had adjoining door to next room.
spa included in price location breakfast
couldnt use the spa in the mornings, only from 1pm
Good breakfast, good location, good a la carte restaurant (very popular but too few staff), great tapas bar, good ski-lockers system and fantastic ski school - ask for Mamen!
Would like to be able to control the room temperature; such a waaste of energy leaving the window open. Pricey.
I found the hotel excellent in all aspects. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. I originally only booked for room and breakfast but luckily decided to go for dinner as well, it turned out to be a very good decision as dinner was excellent. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.
There was nothing to complain about.
Great place to stay if you are skiing in Sierra Nevada. Great spa included in the price
Fantastic location near the ski lifts & all amenities. Breakfast was superb. We loved the swimming pool to relax in after skiing. Great kids playroom next to the bar & kids club. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Family room just a bit on the small side for the 4 of us. Could have done with somewhere to hang up wet ski wear to dry as was only 1 wardrobe for the 4 of us.
Best location, just near the ski lift. Very rich breakfast, right for the skier. Very good ski storage. Nice rooms.
Small swimming pool, not for real swim. Very expensive price for all kind of rooms
Price didn't include breakfast
Great dtay !
Great staff, food and spa/swimming Central location Able to book ski classes and equipment direct at the hotel (you have to walk to the shop but you pay at the hotel)
Parking is extra which was not clear and was expensive (160 Euros or so for the week) Cannot book the ski pass at hotel Was an issue when triple room half board booked with booking.com was only including 2 half boards Managed to sort out in the end
Staff friendly & very helpful. Lounge/bar, nice pool, good breakfast, great location. Would stay again
Spa didn't understand what a facial should be, not well trained. Family rooms crowded and not enough hanging space. Rooms not cleaned properly; we found last occupants food still in fridge and kids toys under the beds, so they hadn't cleaned there! But all issues dealt with quickly by staff!
Good value and great location for the ski slopes
Location as well as friendly staff, restourant, SPA
WiFi in the room did not work
1.Toilet was blocked on arrival 2. hot water seemed to be shared between other rooms and thus the temperature varied when having a shower. 3. swimming caps in the spa? not exactly relaxing having a tight rubber cap on your head. 4. Is it a spa or a indoor swimming pool where kids can jump and splash and shout and be a nuisance to others. not nice at all, left after half an hour. 5. parking price, 300 euros a night and no free parking
Check in systems seem to be too complex, thus a queue forms. Need a better IT systems.
Great staff At check in desk and also in the bar. Very very friendly..Next to the slopes and shops.
Paid 400 euro a night for a double room wich they called a familie room...The room was dated...Then 15 euro pp for breakfast..Also 24 euro a night for my car..Thats to much i think..
Location, staff, breakfast, underground parking, ski lockers
Pool overcrowded with kids
Very friendly staff. Close proximity to the ski lifts and ski rental. Nice size room and great facilities. Excellent buffet for breakfast and dinner.
good breakfast, good location, nice bar with music, good service.
rooms too hot, constant buzzing in room from electric fuse box so had to disconnect electricity overnight to enable sleep - poor compensation received following complaint.
Some of the staff are great professionals and it shows. Others lack this which really irks as it brings down the whole quality of the other professionals. Great ski school (Mamen) that organizes everything for you before your arrival. Ski lockers in basement of hotel with security cameras and near the chairlift. Buffet breakfast good. Tried a la carte menú - also good. Tried Meliá bar with tapas - enormous tapas, good quality wine and cheap. Lovely girl behind the bar. Massage excellent but a bit pricey.
A couple of members only of staff who don't smile until my 7th and last day. Spa and massage service doesn't open until 1300. A la carte restaurant (where there are great professionals) are understaffed. Too hot in the bedrooms - but I could always open the window - however, I don't like wasting energy....
Excellent location, good buffet for breakfast and dinner. Had lunch in bar which was very good value. Facilities in rooms were good and robes provided for spa. Would definitely stay again.
Make sure you take flip flops and not hotel slippers for the spa- also swimming caps.
Excellent location, restaurant, breakfast, staff were very nice and helpful, no problem with English speaking, all areas were nice and warm, the mountain views were breathtaking from our room. Superb atmosphere, parking was also very good and a reasonable price for the 3 days we were there (45eur). We would definitely stay there again.
No coffee facilities in room, could have provided dressing robes for the price. Nothing else really.
