The hotel was very comfortable, service was good. We did half board and the meals were good. Found it good value for money. Will definitely return to this hotel Could do with a little tlc on the electrical side of things in the rooms

The situation is wonderful. The staff was v friendly and helpful. We booked demipension. The breakfasts were quite good. On the 2 evenings when we had dinner, the meals were v disappointing. The goat 'stew' on the first night was made from the cheapest cuts of meat from the animal (choto), and on the 2nd night, the food was terrible - frozen vegetables, frozen chips and (I think, fish from the freezer) all badly prepared. I complained to the maitre d.

Un hotel en plena sierra de cazorla. Lo mejor el spa a buen precio. Solo tiene bufet el desayuno. La comida y la cena es menu y solo puedes elegir 3 platos y 2 de menu infantil, es la una pega que se le puede poner. Por lo demas bastante bien Poca variedad en el menu de pension completa. Bufet solo desayuno.

La situación sin duda es muy buena. Las vistas espectaculares. El cuarto de baño de la habitación tenia casi a todas horas un olor malo, de tuberias o algo asi. Ya lo comentamos en recepción.

Su ubicación y el precio de mi habitación. Como sugerencia diría que las lamparas de las mesillas de noche son desproporcionadas en tamaña(muy grandes) con respecto al tamaño de las misma mesillas. Yo las cambiaría por unos apliques en la pared, por ejemplo. Como queja-sugerencia diría que la ha bitación que nos asignaron(M3) tiene una luz muy podre. Y por último comentar que el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir tanto en la ducha cómo en los lavavos; y que los grifos del bidé apenas tenian fuerza.

Las vistas y el servicio que cuaquier problema te lo solucionaban al momento y calidad precio en el restaurante del hotel es excelente el menu po 10 euros estaba buenisimo Lo unico que nos disgusto fue que dejamos un vaso de fanta y a la noche seguia en el mismo sitio

El personal es muy agradable. Está muy limpio y la habitación que nos dieron era muy amplia. Muy buenas instalaciones con parking gratuito. Muchos servicios, spa, tratamientos, restaurante a la carta, cafeteria, wifi, etc. Los precios de la cafetería y restaurante son asequibles.Es un excelente hotel para una escapada relajada y con comodidades, a un precio muy aceptable. Muy tranquilo, puedes disfrutar de la Sierra de Cazorla y de las vistas del Castillo de Yedra.
