Fantastic hotel in every way, excellent staff, lovely room. Just a short walk from the Cathedral and other attractions the hotel was in a prime position for sightseeing. We used the underground car park as parking in this area is hard to find otherwise. We were over the moon to find such a quality 4 star hotel that allowed us to take our little Westie dog and even had a bed and bowls for him! Great customer care from start to finish. We will definitely go back to this hotel later in the year and recommend to friends etc.

The location was excellent and was very close to the city centre. The cafe was excellent and the waiters were very pleasant. When we arrived at the hotel it was some time before we were attended to as the lady was dealing with another customer but there were other people at the desk. The room we booked had not been cleaned and we had to go back down the lift, as were were on the fifth floor to complain at reception. We were then given another room which was occupied - we were then offered another room. The lady was over apologetic and gave us a bottle of water and a few chocolates. A very mean gesture! The curtains on the window had a burn hole in the centre and the lighting was very poor. Were not able to read a paper in the room. Our lawyer telephoned us at the hotel and as we were out at the time and he left a message with the receptionist to call him. Nobody at the hotel gave us any messages. Not a good feature for business

It was a very good 4 star hotel. If you like modern hotels it is great and in a perfect location to explore the city, which is well worth doing. The breakfast was excellent with everything you could possibly want.The garage was very secure and spacious. They provided a blanket and bowls for our dog, not necessary but cute. The reception staff were not very friendly and only as helpful as they needed to be. We had a small dog with us, the charge was 25€, which we thought was a bit high. The dog was not allowed in any of the public areas, and not allowed to be left in the room alone. We left her in the car while we had breakfast. The cost of the parking was 17 €,a night, again quite expensive we thought, although it is very secure.

Pet( Yorkshire) was allowed, nice that they allowed it but really expensive ( 25 euro) and especialy knowing that they give you for that reason an old room, what I can understand... not all pets are clean... Price for parking the car.. 17 euros for 1 night... also a lot... Breakfast really ok.

the staff were very frindly and helpful. The hotel also had a very nice welcoming atmosphere. Excellent breakfast too! My only complaint was my room was very warm, the AC is only on during summer months so had to open the window to cool the place down slighty, however you then had the noise outside thru the night.

It was only functional. Comments rather than complaints. No assistance or offer with luggage. No Resturanrt for the evening meal.only a coffee shop which was cold due to a/c being to high. Breakfast no offer of a menu Eggs and bacon etc no cereal just very poor sliced up croissants (no butter ) just jam and marmalade.VERY Poor breakfast>

Very friendly staff and very helpful, shame it does not have a gym or pool facilities for such a central location would use again if in the area, but not for leisure purposes but clean rooms and comfortable bed A bit costly at 10 eoros for a cheese toastie

As an English speaker the only tv News programme I could view was Fox News. This was the most dispiriting news channel I have listened to.It was depressing and the news came over as almost apocalyptic.In fact it was a relief to turn to the Spanish news programme-a language which I can understand a little but seemed more rational and less depressing. Could I suggest that a more viewer friendly news provider be used in your hotels.

Very comfortable and well designed room. Reception staff are good, Room service staff are not good and pretend to not speak any english, they applied a charge to the room service bill which was not on the menu. - very ignorant. Food quality is really appalling, eating the worst club sandwhich, which was also the most expensive club sandwhich of all time. If the hotel improved it's shoddy food service i would return.
