Central location Handy for shops and underground
Rooms at back quieter
Reception stylish .
Room old fashioned. Noisy . Cleaning team very loud early in the morning. Breakfast expensive.
Habitación demasiado básica para un ****
Easy location. Close to metro and restaurants.
Could only charge devices with light on and room key in.
Excelent and very helpful staff, ni ce contemporary decoration, and very centrally located.
wifi , you had to log in every time you returned to your room with a very complicated 16 caracters password.
location is great
satellite television channels poor reception. Dim lighting Lobby is soulless, some might say edgy but not practical room facilities just OK
Good Location Pricing is ok
The room are a notch bellow the lobby, they haven't been renovated in the same way. The noise travels quite well in between room The breakfast is really really so so, very basic and bellow what it should be for an hotel like that.
The Hall/Sitting area /Reception very nice decoration & design The room The location very central and near metros.
Stayed 1 week, never changed the sheets Breakfast too expensive A bit of noise in the corridors in the morning. Location, is also a bit the red quartier
Central Location. Good breakfast.
No coffee bar pr anywhere to relax.
breakfest good, everyone ready to help, friendly.
original room was facing street with bar. Lot of late night noise, requested a room change. They were happy to accommodate .
Position was great, really kind and helpfull staff, quiet and comfortable
approsimative daily clean
Spacious room size, beautiful modern lobby, efficient staff, nice restaurants nearby, very close proximity to Metro station, quiet sleeping, nice buffet breakfast, helpful staff, close to shopping, EZ access to both major train stations (Justa and Chamartin) via direct subway routes.
Neighborhood can get a bit sloppy at times (re: litter) and nearby bar patrons milling on the street at night but nothing major. Internet connection was on and off at times.
Location, location, location. Spacious room with a sitting area. Nice shower with good stream. Staff speaks English pretty well. Back rooms pretty quiet.
The sleep quality was poor. Too soft pillows, hard as rock mattress and paper thin cover. We didn't sleep so well, but location and value for money worth it.
we were at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet
it didn't have a tray with tea and coffee etc.
The hotel is in a great location in Madrid, access to metro and sights within easy reach. The hotel lobby is modern and staff were very helpful. My room was comfortable and very little noise enabled a good nights sleep.
Nothing spoilt my stay, except the room at the back was perhaps a little dark and possibly ready for redecoration. I would certainly recommend this hotel though.
Spacious quiet room
Lack of kettle in room. No bathrobe and slippers
every thing was perfect, but i have not try the breakfast they offer.
Comfortable room in comparison with other European micro room sizes. Central location.
Seedy area outside at night. Wifi was a bit weak for us.
Great location, excellent staff and surrounds, easy access via foot or metro.
Front of hotel a tad noisey during night as local bars fire up. A move out back and sleep was easy.
The rooms, and breakfast hall are terrible especially when compared to great lobby and entrance that they have. The rooms are dated and worn and the mattresses are bad. Good location in the centre. But not worth the money.
The customer service was superb. Every single employee we had contact with was friendly, professional and couldn't do enough to assist us. They could teach U.S. hotels a thing or two about customer service! The lobby, bar, corridor, and room décor was fantastic, and there were many eco-friendly features, such as using the room key to activate the room lights so they wouldn't be left on when the room was empty. This was the best hotel experience I had during my 2 weeks in Spain.
I have only 2 minor issues. For some reason the we had to log in to the Wi-Fi each time we left the room and came back, a minor annoyance. The other issue is the shower. The tub was very deep and the surface was slippery. It was difficult to step into and out of safely as there was only one shower door and water sprayed on the floor. Otherwise, the bathroom was absolutely beautiful.
The hotel is in the heart of the city, seconds from the Gran Via. Walking distance to all of the major tourist attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable. I recommend this hotel for short trips.
Wi Fi is really bad - you have to retype the 16 letters password every time you reconnect to the Wi Fi. It was really exhausting! Breakfast is good, but not varied. The room had only a small window, therefore there was not much natural light.
We were upgraded to a room with a private terrace which was great for sitting out on before going out to hit the town. Bed was huge and room was clean and comfortable.
There was only one person on reception so we had to wait a while to check in and check out. The receptionist at check out seemed quite stressed as there were a few people to serve, all needing different things.
clean and comfortable hotel located approx 100 meters from Gran Via down a side street. Rooms were nice and comfortable food at breakfast was ok but had better at othe hotels.
Location its not the hotels fault but were were warned that this hotel was on a bad street by the taxi driver and there was alot of prostitutes on this street at night and he was correct althougth this did not particularly bother us it was not a pleasant area.
- Excellent location, close to one of the most functional line of the subway-metro. - Modern decoration.
- Breakfast. You can have a better one just a few minutes from the hotel.
