ランブラスのすぐそばで、部屋もかなり広く、非常に親切なホテルで、満足しました。

インターネットが無料なのはいいのですが、webの閲覧しかできず、メールを取り込むことができません。w- ebメールを使うしかなかったのが、仕事的には困りました。

Very professional and helpful staff. Great location. View from top by pool was beautiful. Outdoor pool and sauna

Improved sound proofing needed. Able to hear those in adjoining rooms, and hallway to easily.

Location was great. Close enough to Las Ramblas to be convenient and far enough away to miss the night long noise of the Las Ramblas. Hotel was spotless.

Design and beds

Of all expemsive hotels (we payed 900,00 eur for 2 rooms and two nights) I stayed in my life, this was by far the noisiest. You can hear the doors slam all night and people next door talking. The carpets were dirty. The staff should make some training in kindness. The boy in the garage prefered to watch us carying our suitcases rather than taking them. I would expect better English in a place like that. Never again.

The location is excellent, just off La Rambla. The staff were efficient, friendly and professional. It is very helpful to have umbrellas for the guests to borrow for the day when it's raining. The room was very clean and the bed really comfortable. A good hairdryed in the bathroom.

The rooms are not very soundproof, you can hear people talking or the television in the next room. The towels are a bit on the thin side. No view from the room - this is not really an siiue for me, but might be for someone else.

Simple Hotel. Room great for family with 2 kids. Facilities in room good. Children also spent time on roof top. Shame pool water was cold. Ideal location for catching tour buses, access to restaurants, cafes and for shopping and harbour. Didn't do breakfast in hotel as there are plenty of cafes within walking distance. Have stayed here 3 times now and would do it again.

The rooms are a little dark

It is really bad hotel. Bad internet, noise I can hear people in next rooms chatting & sleeping.. فندق سيء جدا الانترنت سيء جدا وازعاج ومافيه مرافق نهائيا وكذلك تسمع سوالف جيرانك وشخيرهم

Main thing for us was the good location just off the main thoroughfare. Good transport close by. Very nice and friendly helpful staff and good for local knowledge. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Walls perhaps a bit thin as we could hear from the adjoining rooms. Mini bar door hanging off it's hinge for our whole stay and spoiled the look of the room. Both these things very minor and in no way spoiled our stay.
