I liked the place and the situation at first side. The hotel had been recommended by my Spanish friends .The reception also was friendly but...

But I hated the noise. I had room N. 715 . I wanted to rest and to write. I even had mentioned on my booking form that I wanted a quiete room. With much surprise I heard a terrible noise from 20.45 on. After 15 minutes I phoned the reception of the hotel. I had someone who came to see what happened and I heard it was normal: it was the noise of the machines of the gym!!!. I got another room but it was no better. Finally the third room was ok but had no proper light to work or to read. I would not recommend this hotel because of this. Best regards Brigitte Coppé

Certainly for us, it was ideally situated very close to the historic part of town. An idea location to visit the many local sites but also close to the river and the museums.

It is clean, modern, very comfortable, very central, great location, helpful staff, with secure parking. I guess having stayed at this hotel on a couple of previous occasions says it all.

The location was great and easy to find. We had booked a basic double room but were given a large room with sitting area and large terrace on the top floor so had lovely views over Burgos. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Good underground parking though very tight for larger cars ( we have a small car so fine for us).

Wifi did not work in our room at all so had to go to reception to use it. Our bathroom looked very clean but had a very unpleasant smell - a bit like a public toilet! Room was very dark even though we had patio doors to the terrace. Also, the terrace had no chairs so couldn't really be used which seemed to defeat the object.

The football Spanish team was there. What about that? We were upgraded without asking.

Breakfast room too small

The rooms and the hotel were very modern, clean and comfortable.

The wifi and TV in the room we stayed in did not have sufficient signal. They were not consistently working. When brought to the attention of the hotel staff a problem was acknowledged. However, after it was "corrected" we still did not have access to wifi in our room and only 4 channels worked on the TV. When I told the staff about this, all I was told was, "The problem has been fixed". I would suggest ensuring there is sufficient signal throughout the entire hotel, and not just in small pockets.

Location near city center

Noise due to plumbing repairs.

Perfect location in the city. Very modern design hotel with generous room and bath. Good breakfast though it's a little cramped for space for a 4star hotel.

we were assigned a room at the end of the hall where the WiFi signal ran low. Have to use WiFi near the lobby. The lighting is totally not useful in the room.

Comfortable hotel helpful staff

Excellent location, good value.

Parking is ridiculously small and hard to navigate. The staff need to work on their English language skills, especially "how to come across in a friendly way when speaking English".

Location, close to city centre and sights.

THe hotel is a triumph of design over function! - with abysmal lighting levels, ineffective drainage plugs in the bathrooms. We booked a table for dinner since we were arriving late only tom fdind when we went to the restuarant trhat it was closed!!

La relacion calidad-precio es excelente. El hotel es un maravilla. La cercania para ir andando a todos los sitios de interes. Recomiendo este Hotel.
