4pm checkout time reception staff was not very friendly 4pm checkout was confirmedby phone. but once we arrived were told we would have to pay extra unless weleft by 3pm Also we had no idea that the restaurant and lounge were closed for the time of our stay. |

we got upgraded to executive, mini-suite was great. good location, far from center but metro and bus connection good there is a McDonalds below and the rubbish collection around 03:45 was very very noisy. we were on the 3rd floor but heard the machines very clearly |
