The service by the day staff was first class as was their friendly manner. Loved the location and the comfort of the room was excellent. I thought the television sets in each room didn't really match up to the high standard of everything else linked to the hotel - however I suppose people don't stay in this kind of hotel to watch tv. Just a notable observation.

Wonderful location opposite sandy beach. Great views out to sea and up to a lighthouse on a beautiful headland( this gave a mildly taxing 4km walk). It took 25 mins to walk to centre or €6 for a cab, also,served by a multitude of buses @ €1.1. Very clean (and I'm fussy) and delightful staff. The included breakfast is a must. Fresh orange juice, lots of fruits/ pastries and cooked if you fancy. Amazing value for money. We will return!

Room and bathroom were both large and very clean. Overlooking the beach at Santander in a quiet suburb but close enough to the city centre to walk. Restaurant wasn't open when we were there but there was a cafeteria with a bar. No parking

Excellent location overlooking Sardinero beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Reception staff very unhelpful. Asked for help with safe via telephone. One hour later went to reception, she had "forgotten about it". The man who came up immediately sorted it in two minutes. Safe is very small (wallet size). All hotel safes should now be able to take a small notebook computer at least. No hotel parking available, parking anywhere is almost impossible so be prepared to wait around for a long long time for someone to move ! (or park illegally like a lot of people)

The hotel was in a great location in beautiful Santander near the beach very accessable, great walks nearby, most scenic and in a residential area which was very peaceful. The bus service to the city was excellent and there was a taxi rank nearby also. We dined in the hotel in the evening and the food was very good indeed. Tha bar was comfortable with good service. It was a most memorable holiday.

Generaly speaking almost everything was ok, clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff. There is one weak point in that hotel - WiFi internet connection. There is not acceptable to have such slow connection in a 4 stars hotel. Since I need internet to my work I'm not going to choose this hotel again.

Esta muy cerca de la playa. El hotel no es de 4 estrellas es de 3 estrellas altas, el mando de tv y aire-condicionado no funcionaban, así que si tienes calor - mueres. La decoración de hotel es de siglo 18.
