room too small. Made mistake of the room when we arrive.

Located right next to Museo Guggenheim with a view of it on the top floor restaurant in times of breakfast. Also, its breakfast quality is supreme.

The room size is a bit small in relation to its rate and also, some rooms have windows viewing internally the lobby.

Location next to the Guggenheim Museum cannot be bettered as the museum is across the road form the hotel. The staff were excellent as were all facitities - breakfast on the terrace is sublime.

The tasting menu that promised to deliver but was very disappointing and inedible in part. Pink pigeon is good; seared and otherwise "blue" pigeon was unexpected. A partially raw king prawn in otherwise cooked dish was likewise inedible. The food was served at a gallop rather than in a relaxed way.

The design is great and the rooms very comfortable. The location is spectacular opposite the Guggenheim and just a short hop to the old town.

We thought it quite expensive, especially for meals. Also the plugs in both the bathroom sinks were broken, which is not appropriate for a hotel of this class.

Perfect location opposite Guggenheim Museum, Bilbao. Big rooms and modern fun and elegant design.

Only one small window in the room overlooking the backyard. If I had stayed there for more than 1 night, I would have had an attack of claustrophobia! Next time I would need a guarantee for getting windows towards open air!

I had Iberico ham for lunch, the bread was much to oily. And on top of the ham there was more oil, and the dip was oil and tomato!!! come on!!

the staff were excellent, very helpful and genuinely charming. Our basic room was beautifully designed, spacious with comfortable furnishings. The view from the terrace with the sun glinting on the Guggenheim was superb, so was the breakfast.

Staff and service were excellent. The location next to the Guggenheim could hardly be better - this was the principal reason for choosing this hotel. Extensive breakfast choice available, we did not eat any other meals in the hotel. The room was comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. Housekeeping was very good - thank you to to Pilar and Sonia.

The room we had was inward looking over the hotel atrium with very little natural light, although reasonable value for money we would choose a more expensive room with an outside view next time. The "wellness" centre title is a bit exaggerated, it's just a gym with a massage and treatment cabin. The treatments were comparable in price to those available in hotels with full spa facilities. The "Splash and Crash" bar and the cafe felt cold although supplementary electrical heaters were provided in the cafe.

The location!! The hotel is very chic in any way.They have a good brassery downstairs and a nice gourmet restaurant on the 7th floor witch overlooks the Guggenheim Museum

Our room was facing the inner courtyard and had only an opaque window.we knew this in advance,but as we did not stay too mutch in our room we didn't mind

Room that faces courtyard poor ventilation as atrium/courtyard is enclosed. Also with winow open very noisy as atrium is exho chamber for voices from lobby! Room relatively small
