The room had a glass window to the bathroom, me or my friend had to be outside when one of us needed a shower. We requested a room change to avoid this inconvenience, they said all rooms' decorations are the same. But later when another friend came, they gave him a room with an isolated bathroom, the one we were expecting. That was the worst experience we got from the reception.
The rooms do not have good isolation from each other, you can hear other people talking in the other rooms, terrible for early sleepers if your neighbor is a night owl. And the noise comes from the street from the early morning.
In addition to that, they have no complementary tea or coffee, no electric kettle, and no complementary water.
The gym has a nice view, but it's very small, only couple of devices are available, and only one treadmill.
The location near Guggenheim Museum, the river, and the walkable area. The location was the best thing about the hotel.
The staff were very friendly.
