2011,12,30～2012,1,4までクラブ・ハバナのカテゴリーフロアに５泊しました。 このフロアには廊下に無料のコーヒーマシンがあり、いつでもコーヒーが飲めました。また、朝にはマフィンや- クロワッサンなどもケースに入れて廊下に置いてあり、無料で食べられます。朝食は全てこれで済ませ、大満足- ！！ また、お部屋にも湯沸し器・冷蔵庫があり、活用しました。金庫も部屋にあって◎。TVはもちろん、ラジオや- CDも聞けます。引き出しもたくさんあり、荷物を入れるのに役立ちました。 ツインベットも大きめで寝心地は問題なし。バスローブも付いていました。（ちょっと質は良くないけど。。。- ） カタルーニャ広場には歩いて１０分位で行けるし、メトロのジローナ駅も２ブロック５分位で便利。ジローナ駅- の近くにスーパーもあります。

５１７号室の窓外は、右が隣のビル左が同ホテルの壁というビルの谷間のような空間で、景色は悪かったです。- 左を見ると、隣の部屋の中が見え、カーテン全開で寝ているおじさんが見えました。でもその部屋からの景色は- 、正面に隣のビルが見えるだけだから、私の方がまだましかも・・・。 部屋は少し狭いですね。 WiHiがあったがそのままでは使えず、KUBIとかいうシステムに接続せよとかなんとかの画面になってい- まい、結局やり方が分からすインターネットは使えませんでした。 スリッパがなかったわ・・・ バスルームは、ガラス戸で仕切れるトイレとビデが独立していて比較的広いかな。ドライヤーも付いてたし。た- だ、バスタブにはカーテンがなく、シャワーをかけるもの髪を洗うのも、チマチマっとやらないと床がビショビ- ショになってしまいます。これが難点。 地下鉄？の音が響き、少し気になりました。あと隣室・上室の物音や水回りの音も結構響きます。 フロントスタッフは悪くもなく良くもなく・・・どちらかといえば決して親切フレンドリーって感じではなかっ- たですね。聞いたことにただ答えるだけって感じでした。屋上にプール・サウナ・テラスがあって出られるんだ- けど、朝は開いてなく、「日の出の写真が撮りたいだけど・・」と言ったが、「１０時には開きます。ソーリー- マダム」で終わり。

めったにお目にかかれない歯ブラシや髭剃りなどアメニエィが充実。朝食ビュッフェのメニューが多く、特にド- ーナッツが数種類あり子供が感動。

プールの水が冷たかった。子供はがんばって入って楽しんでいましたが、大人にはちょっと厳しかったです。

No air conditioning. Internet problems. No electric convertors available. While the employees offered compensation for problems, they seemed to suggest that this is the season when you change fro heat to air and these things happen. Many people were at the desk complaining.

Location perfect. Hotel lovely with a big, well-appointed room

The hotel is in a walkable distance from the city centre and no too far from a metro stop. The rooms were very comfortable, we really liked the design of the family room, for us as a family with 2 children it was the perfect option.

The cleaners had their service room next to our door and were making a noise early in the morning. There was quite a lot of noise from the outside, too - traffic, building going on etc. Also, the pool was getting fixed at the time of our stay so we couldn't use it. And we struggled to use the wi-fi in our room.

Nice good size modern room, quiet, view on gardens, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good location.

Was a cute hotel , very great where its situAted but the big thing its that u can hear your neighbors very clearly.. But actually quite good for the price

Unfortunately the was no access to the swimming pool in the period of visit

Friendly and competent staff, clean and modern room and bathroom. Excellent location for tourist purposes. Price/quality is good.

Apart from very good value for money the staff were excellent they couldnt do enough for us. The location was also excellent for getting around the whole of Barcalona a maximum of 10Euros to get to any of the attractions. Very relaxed atmosphere and food was spot on. I had seen bad reviews for this hotel and one persons bad experience cannot determine everyone elses. Any minor problems that me and my partner did come across the staff sorted straight away. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location & room suite

Suite facing road with considerable traffic noise, consider fitting double glazing to road facing rooms or heavy curtains to dampen noise

Location was very good not far from La Ramblas about 10-15 min walk. Had meal in hotel restaurant one night, very good and reasonably priced too for restaurant food. The house wine was cheaper than outside the hotel at other eating establishments. Rooms very modern and plentiful supply of toiletries. Only teabags were provided but you could get coffee sachets from the bar in the foyer at no cost.

Walls a bit thin, you could your neighbour having a shower, walking around the room.
