Modern, clean business hotel. We had a room on the 5th floor which came with a large balcony. The room facilities were what you would expect for this type of hotel. Good quality breakfast and variety.

Some staff were rude at the reception. it was very hot in the rooms, although we did appreciate this as it was raining for the few days we were there.

during breakfast it will be helpful to have also vegetables

Excellent hotel in a good central location. Clean rooms and plenty of nearby bars and cafes if you do not want to pay for breakfast. Nice and quiet despite nearby bars.

I liked being so central to the city and walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. The rooms are modern and clean and comfortable beds.

just one negative, bar staff were not very endearing, I requested a hot chocolate they said they did nit have it, I asked at the reception and was given this drink by the bar member concerned, he just plonked it down on our table, bad attitude, we mentioned to the duty manager who was really quite indifferent, not what we would have expected! we are restauranters and its all about service, they should wake up to this!! spain is floundering economically!!

Excellent breakfast, spacious room, really big. Chocolates on the pillow every day. Nice location - about 10 minutes to the city center, about 30 minutes to the old town. There were more good things than bad things. But I'd say it's 3 stars hotel. Not 4 stars.

Too dark room - you cannot see anything, cannot read a book at all. Very bad impression. Marble bathroom I did not like at all - althogh it must be expensive, it seems to be dirty because of grey colour. Our windows were facing pretty noise street. Well, sometimes it was quiet, quiet and then suddenly a very noise car or very noise couple of people or somebody is washing a car at night - and you cannot fall asleep at all. God bless we had air coditioning and we could switch it on with closed widows. But with closed windows you could sometimes hear very well the tv switched on by the neighbours. Reception is not friendly at all. They are answering your questions without any smile. Seems that they are all very tired and not paid very well. Wifi needs new password every day.

The hotel's location is very good for a city trip. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, the price affordable.

Breakfast is expensive and car parking is also very expensive.

the lighting in the room was a little dark for our preference. The hotel staff were most understanding and moved us to a room with a bigger window, but if you want to read there needs to be at least one bright light.

It was a straight forward visit, and we didn't use any of the facilities other than the Lobby, the Lift and our room. It was clean, and the lifts were efficient and the window opened so we could have a naturally ventilated room rather than a/c.

The decor was all a bit 'clinical' in the main entrance. Not particularly warm or welcoming. And definitely not 'designer' or 'boutique'.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel! Location is great. Bathroom is excellent, staff is friendly.

Perfect location for exploring Bilbao, staff very helpful and friendly(we were given a free upgrade), comfortable room.

Very dirty carpet in room 334. Bathroom floor was not clean. mold/fungus at the bathroom side. dirty unhooked glass curtains. Not cleaned under the bed (we found nuts from previous guests). Wifi in the room, but impossible to download mails (fire wall). Unfriendly (Natalia) at check-out. definitly not a 4 star hotel.
