I always stay here when visiting my family and I really enjoy the fact that they remember me and nothing is too much trouble for the reception staff. I also love how comfortable are the beds and lovely shower! Oh, and how quickly they can get breakfast to your room - great service!!

The location is great - in the best Avenue of Valladolid. I also like the good service and friendliness of the staff. The price of breakfast.

This is a bright, airy, clean and friendly hotel located about 10 minutres walk away from the central square. our family room was in fact two ensuite double rooms, each with it's own separate amenities but entered through one private doorway from the corridor. The snack bar is good value and I'd recommend not to include brakfast in your booking as it's much cheaper to buy it when you're there! There is secure car parking in the hotel basement which is easily accessible from the road. We really enjoyed it and would thoroughly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure travellers.

Very nice clean hotel in a good location, excellent value for the family room that we had It did seem understaffed and while the facilities were very good we did have to wait quite a long time for any kind of service. The staff were trying as hard as they could but there didn't seem to be enough of them.

We found underwear from a previous guest in our room. They rushed to pick it up when told about it and offered the parking free, but nonetheless this gives you an idea of how clean the rooms are.

At arrival, we were told that the parking was full because of the limited number of parking areas. Nothing was said about this limitation in the infromation provided in booking.com, and one of the most important reasons for selecting the hotel had been the parking avaliablility. After compaining, the suddenly found a parking area for us. This limitation of parking avaliability must be included in the hotel information. Confirmar que habra plaza de parking disponible. Puede que a la llegada al hotel te digan, sin mas, que no tienen sitio

Computer was available for guest use in the lobby - fantastic. Friendly staff, helpful with directions, spoke a little English which was helpful with my limited Spanish. Quiet and clean room.

La atención del personal en general, Recepción, Bar y Restaurante. Desayuno Buffet muy bueno y completo. El que tengan Wifi gratuita en la habitación pero con limitaciones de uso para que tengas contratar la Wifi Premium.

El trato del personal, su atención y la limpieza. El tipo de televisión de las habitaciones es bastante antiguo para lo que actualmente encuentras en cualquier hotel (televisores planos). Ademas ocupan gran parte del escritorio y a la hora de cenar en la habitación no contábamos con suficiente espacio.

El hotel está muy nuevo y limpio. La cama es un gusto. Sin lugar a dudas la distancia al centro. No está para nada cerca y hay que andar más de 20 minutos.
