The pool area was very nice

the food was very bad, and my single bad room was like a little closet. Without any sea side, no balcon and even not a regular window to watch out

Wasn't too busy, clean and pleasant atmosphere. Pool was nice and beach very close.

The noise between rooms was awful. I could hear the adjacent room's TV, toilet habits etc. The cleaneing maid dragged the furniture around very early in the morning which was most annoying!

The Hotel has a great pool area but very noisy with kitch music. The sea is a minute away, handy.

The staff could not find my booking and refused to assist eveb though I had the printed confirmation. The room was extremely small for the price.

The hotel is far from the center and taxis in the evenings and on week ends are impossible.The reception booked a restaurant for us and they said it is 10 minutes by taxi but they never told us that you must wait 45 minutes to get a taxi.One or two people at the reception were friendly the rest were rude .No sufficient umbrellas by the pool and no staff there to help.Rooms not clean.

Hotel is very old Decoration, room is very small and the TV no control, Breakfast time always different, room cleaning just 9-4, go swimming pool take towel they said not yet finish to clean, one of elevator out of serivce 3 days still repair, we want walk back to room, my room is 5/F

The Hotel had the feel of a Butlins holiday park! We were woken up each morning by the same Europop tune as 'Animators' performed some ridiculous poolside dance. No-one joined in, most just cringed. The hotel website nor booking.com provided any warnings. When we complained we were laughed at by staff who simply thought it was funny. I was also not appreciative of the Abba Tribute band- v poor!

let me see, the staff was not very helpful and didnt know much about other activities there are to do. there was no information and maps about the island, the internet rates were outragous, I found the front desk people for the most part rude as well as the people tending bar. Just asking for a glass of Ice seems to be a problem. I have never been to a hotel before where employees look and act unhappy to please their customers. The beds are the most uncomfortable and you do not give enough covers for the beds. The tile floor in the rooms is just the worst. you can hear the person next door, even when they are in the bathroom.. gross. The beach needs to be cleaned. There is no service at the pool for people to come and take drink orders, you have to get up and go to the bar. Bottom line this is no 4 star hotel...
