Staff at the reception were settled in the early to the wrong number initially selected for the reservation. I think specifically. I think it incorrectly to the citizens of the Russian Federation.

The terrace/swimming pool area is overlooking the sea and it's amazing, you can get a sun lounge that's right next to the sea. You can walk 10 minutes to Bora Bora beach club and all the clubs are 5/10 minutes away with taxi. The food is good, good choice for vegetarian as well. Cocktails are nice and staff at the swimming pool bar is very nice!

Wifi is 6EUR per hour or 15EUR per day, I believe it is a bit pricy

No kettle or tea making facilties, Could hear patrons in next room when in bathroom. Lack of draw space.

On booking into the hotel we were given our room keys and the rooms that we had requested (sea view) were perfect. The rooms were of good size and very clean. The whole hotel complex was as described on the internet and we had a very enjoyable stay.

this hotel is never a 4* more like 3* no balcony in my room,and you had to pay for wi-fi apart from that everything else was fine

The best thing in this hotel is very tasty and varied food. Huge selection of desserts. And even cook the soup for every meal (though perhaps semi-finished soup, reminded to taste). The location was good, but not at all normal beach and the hotel is no descent to the sea to the beach, even though he is on the first line.

The high audible between rooms (especially in the bathroom very well could be heard as spoken in the neighboring room, loudly and clearly). Too high a price tag on internet access wi-fi 6 euros per hour and with only one device (could not come at once and one password from a laptop and Ipad and the phone had to go into some cafe where free wi-fi

Hotels on Ibiza don't generally strike with freshness and nice design, so it was a very pleasant surprise when we entered our room. This premium double was recently refurbished, with a few cool details: huge front sea-view terrace, shower cabin with a full-height window and a spacious jacuzzi for 2 with sea views as well. Hotel personnel was always nice and helpful, dinner buffet had a very good choice of food and fresh fruit. All in all, a good choice to rest your head for a few hours between beach parties and clubs

Opt for a premium room. Standard rooms seem to be smaller and less nice

The location was decent. It was about a 15min walk from all the bars and clubs on playa d'bossa. The hotel has 2 swimming pools and a good pool bar. The beach is just down a couple of steps with many nice bars and restuarants along the beach. There is a small supermarket open until 3am right outside the hotel which was very useful. A very good breakfast is served until 10:30 on the dot and then they literally take the plates out of your hands. As soon as you enter the beach from the hotel entrance there is a small pier where you can take boats to formentera or a glass bottom boat tour.

Hotel Goleta and Tres Carabelas are 2 seperate hotels. My friends and I ended up being in seperate hotels therefore we couldnt use the hotel phone to call each other's rooms. The mini bar was empty. The hotel swimming pool has family animation, so very loud music is played from 10am. One day the big pool was closed off so everybody had to use the other pool, which made it very full. The beach right by the hotel side is dirty its best to walk down the beach atleast 15min to find clean sea water. The bathrooms are old. The elevators were very slow and did not always work so we had to use the stairs and our room was on the 3rd floor so this would not be convenient for old people. This hotel is good for a family vacation but if you want to sleep during the day its very difficult. If you like a modern room/hotel this isnt one.

The hotel was in a good location that was relatively quite considering the resort of Playa de'n Bossa. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The quality and finish of the rooms and restaurant was good. The food quality was excellent.

The hotel suffers because it is offering the all inclusive deals, this resulted in a poor bar area and service.

Staff were very accomodating. Rooms were typically Ibiza 4 Star, but clean and tidy and served the purpose. Location is very good with a cab rank outside the door which is very helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Bora Bora on Playa D'en Bossa so you are a nice distance away from the lager louts and loud clubs. Believe me, we were there to party but I don't want to have a hotel in the club, so this was great. Cabs are cheap (about the only thing in Ibiza), so getting to Bammbuddha Grove, Blue Marlin, Sands, Aura, Amante or any of the major clubs with good nights Pacha, Amnesia, Privilege, Space etc is pretty cheap with Cabs rarely over 20 euro's for the furthest on the list.

Mini-Bar was empty. This is an Ibiza 4 star so probably a UK 3 star hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy but pretty basic. Wifi is charged is always my main issue as I have a computer company in the UK so often have to work on my holidays. It's even more annoying when you have to go and top up every hour or the broadband is slow. In this instance I used my 3G connection all week as it works out cheaper and is available when ever I want it.

Location, Beach, Italians entertainers they were great.

Could hear a child playing with parents loudly next door. Internet cost too much. Had a half board and I was told at check in if I need to change my dinner for Lunch I could, one day I need to do that I was told that was not possible, that was miss communication or what?

The location was excellent and staff were veryfriendly. thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely go back

not have a free wifi,charging you for any extra services much higher than the regular prices ,example: 5 euro for swimming hat in spa if u forgot bring yours,whereas this is only 2 euro in mini market,just beside the hotel!
