Staff were good, food always plenty of choice. We paid for a junior suite, it was cold, floor was dirty, and it was no where near has the hotel described it. There was supposed to be a fully furnished terrace this had a table and two chairs. We asked to be moved which they did no argue about, the room we moved too was far superior but they would not give us a cost reduction.

the hotel is well located, and the staff are exceptionally helpful and attentive. The dining room is unexpectedly pleasant, as it could easily have resembled a canteen, given the number of young families and the quick turnover of tables, but the room is nicely decorated and the efficiency of the staff provide an air of quality without pretension. The food itself is of a generally good standard, with plenty of variety and a particularly good range of salads and fruit. the entertainment in the hotel is not a highlight, but there are nearby alternatives albeit they don't form part of the all inclusive package ! the pool area can be a little noisy and crowded although to be fair there always seemed to be an adequate supply of loungers.

Bon petit hotel (pas plus de 100 chambres je crois ) , tres bon acceuil en français ,Personel compétent , de la réception a la cuisine . bonne situation ,au calme avec tout ce qu il faut en face : superette ,bar ,resto ,magasin . Pas tout pres de la mer mais beau petit chemin qui descend vers le centre et les animations d un coté et vers une belle petite plage peu fréquentée de l autre. Pas besoin de se lever a 6 h pour trouver un transat c est relativement facile jusque 9,10 h . Nourriture correcte . Petite animations en soirée sympa. Nous étions déja venus ,nous y retournerons . Atmosphere familliale . Pas une mangeoire a touriste. Clientele principalement anglaise (de bonne éducation) et espagnole. Bon all in (boissons correcte ,glaçons etc..) Bon ,il ne faut pas s attendre a un luxe inoui , les transats ne sont pas flambants neufs ,la piscine non plus ,pas d écran plat dans les chambres. Je n ai jamais rencontré un francophone dans cet hotel mais ce n est pas un probleme pour nous au contraire on est tranquille .Cet hotel ne convient pas au grands ados a mon avis animations plus pour enfants (magicien ,serpents etc..) Pas vraiment une destination pour sortir.

Todo el personal del hotel es muy amable,atento y profesional. Las comidas eran variadas y planificadas para satisfacer todos los gustos. El servicio de "todo incluído" es perfecto ya que a cualquier hora puedes pedir una bebida o algo que comer.
