Room and shower room very clean, bed linen excellent...Staff bilingual and helpful...breakast more than adequate, parking good if you are lucky enough to have a space. Very convenient to Ferry links.

Basic Tea / Coffee facility would be a great asset and would encourage return visits.

They accommodated a non smoking room. At first I was given the standard room, then I complained and was give a better spacious cleaner room.

The room was clean, everything was new. Location near old city.

We've booked this exact hotel because of free parking. It was on Thursday and in off-season time. Nevertheless, we didn't get a parking slot because it was full. I don't think there are many slots available at all and the fact that the hotel is advertising with this service is very irritating. We had to park our car somewhere else for 17 Euros and then walk back to the hotel for about 10-15 minutes (in rain).

Clean and comfortable. Good wifi, good location, closae to tram and old town.

The booking.com site said there was free parking, but there were only a few spots which were all taken when we arrived. We had to park half a mile away, at 20+ euros a night. If you need close parking, best to call ahead and check/reserve on the phone with the hotel staff.

After a slightly stressful beginning to our short stay in Bilbao, Sirimiri was like a breath of fresh air... Friendly and helpful staff, and a clean and spacious triple room. We had read that the rooms were noisy (street noise), but we did not find this the case at all. The hotel is also conveniently located very close to the Atxuri tram stop, and is within a short walking distance of the old town

Very difficult to find by car

The room was spacious and clean with an excellent bathroom. The location for site seeing was terrific and the staff was extremely helpful. The facility of being able to leave our car in an enclosed parking area behind the hotel was a bonus. Previous comments about the breakfast I feel are a little unfair. For the price you were paying I think it was more than adequate. We would certainly recommend it.

the staff- good value breakfast - comfortable bed- superb bathroom. About 50 metres from tram terminus . Next to a small supermarket . Great location right next to Casco Viejo with tram to whizz you right around the city to the main bus terminus in 15 minutes to catch the connecting airport bus.

Traffic noise , Room 113 was right above a road junction . I tolerated this but am not sure why I was given this room when the hotel was , I think, no where near full.

Modern rooms, fairly spacious, easy to find, good location for local transport and easy walking access to city. On site car park. Brilliant staff, especially on the reception. Will definitely be back. Many thanks!!

Close to transport and old part of town

Location was excellent. We walked to all the main attractions no need to drive or use public transport.

staying in casco viejo

we choose sirimiri for parking our car but that was noit possible.if we had known we did not book for sirimiri.

A nice and clean hotel right next to the old city center. Easy to go there with public transportation (Bus airport to Bilbao and then bus 77 to Atxuri 15 busstation). The bathroom is more than you would expect in a hotel with these rates. The free internet is quite fast, so ok. The breakfast is basic but good (everything sweet, no eggs and so). All in all, I would return here next time!

There's not much atmosphere in the hotel....so just go around the corner and there's lots of it :-)

Bathroom was excellent and looked to have been recently refurbished. Location was excellent, and an easy walk into the old town and close to the tram terminus if you wanted to travel further e.g. to the Guggenheim. It was very convenient having the city location but still having parking at the back of the hotel.

Our room was at the front of the hotel and there was a lot of street noise. The rooms are not air conditioned, so you need to sleep with the window open which makes the noise worse. Nevertheless, this is acceptable for a city hotel at this price.

The location is good, a few minutes walk to the old town and just opposite the tram to the city centre and the Guggenheim. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Free parking is a real plus in a hotel so close to the centre.

Breakfast was a bit unimaginative. The road outside could be noisy at night.

Check in was smooth and they sorted out the problems with our first room quickly. The rooms were adequate although by no means luxurious (still for the price it was good value). The location was convenient for the fireworks and some good restaurants were located nearby.

There is a definite divide between the "old" part of the hotel and the "new" part. I'd suggest putting the entire group in one part only to avoid room envy. Also, I booked two rooms as we were a group of 7 and expected to have rooms next to each other not on the opposite sides of the hotel! I would have also appreciated a map or some guidance of what was in the area.
