the couch that folds out to A bed is very uncomfortable , broken springs , need more dishes and definitely more pots and pans . not enough toilet paper . bad smell in the bathroom that never went away :-(

Great location, very clean, large rooms with comfortable beds.

Didn't know how to adjust the water heater at first. A couple of us had to take freezing cold showers until we investigated.

Convenient location, comfortable and new

Despite the fact that tha flat looked new, it was slightly scruffy and there were chips on the walls, floor tiles

We loved being in the centre of the town. The metro station Tirso de Molina is right off the apartment. There were shops, bars and a lidl supermarket within walking distance. The lady who greeted us upon arrival was really helpful and let us in the apartment even before the check in time. The apartment had everything we needed to cook which allowed us to save some money on meals. We recommend the apartment to those who want some home feeling away from home.

We were not able to close the windows but because the weather was so warm that was not really a problem. Bathroom a bit small.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Location was perfect for easy access to everything Madrid has to offer.

It was not easy to find, as the office is a little door with a tiny sign and it does not look like a hotel or apartment building. Also, the street name is not exactly the same as it is in the information online, so the gps had trouble finding it.

The apartment was really nice and in a great location. The woman who greeted us and checked us in was very nice and helpful.

It is a hotel appartment. So, you do not have a face to face contact with the reception. Moreover, if you come after 8pm you have to pay 30 Euro as a penalty which is not happen if you go to Hotels.

The loaction and connections with public transport.

I booked sixrooms under the impression that the apartment would be suitable for 4 people for a city break. We wanted a private apartment and not a hotel so we could spend more time there as we would our own home. There were many disappointments; the air conditioner in the main room leaked a lot of water and could not be used and therefore made the room uncomfortably hot. The shower door continually feel off the hinges, the handles on the bathroom taps were broken, the dining sat was cheap and the chairs and table unstable, the windows had no locks or even catches and could be easily slid open from the outside, it was stated that the washing machine was private however it was for common use, there were dirty marks on the bathroom walls, mould patches in the kitchen and bathroom, and there was no kettle. Very disappointed, the apartment seemed to be a cheap ikea apartment and not worth the money.

If you are looking for a location in the center of madrid as your own apartment this is the place to stay. You have your own kitchen livingroom and bedroom located in the center where you can experience the true Madrid experience.

De studio die we geboekt hadden lag zeer centraal vlak aan een metrostation. Prima dus om Madrid te verkennen. Het is een nette en moderne studio met alles wat je nodig hebt om er een paar dagen te verblijven. Zeker een aanrader!

Twee kleine opmerkingen: een vieze geur als de ventilator in de badkamer opstond en wat geluidsoverlast van de buren, maar met wat kloppen op de muur was het snel opgelost. Nog een suggestie: wat haakjes in de badkamer en kitchenette zou handig zijn!

Отсутствие чайника, сломанный душ ( вода лилась в разные стороны)

Unser Zimmer war anscheinend vor kurzem renoviert worden. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Nur wenige "Zu-Fuß-Minuten" zu den großen Plätzen Madrids. Gegenüber befindet sich ne Metro-Station. Genügend Kissen und Handtücher vorhanden. Preis-Leistung in Ordnung.

Der Flachbild-TV bot leider keine deutschen Sender.

Los apartamentos son lo que nos muestran en las fotos, pero con un plus, todo es nuevo e impecable. Ademas tenia tostadora, cafetera de las que te hacen cafe, express y otros electrodomesticos mas. La ubicacion es muy buena, a metros de la estacion del metro, El nuestro era interno y dormimos de maravilla. El personal se luce. Nos han ayudado con una sonrisa y buena predisposicion. Los felicito!!!

El apartamento tiene una decoración moderna y tiene de todo. Alrededor tiene muchos sitios para comer, a dos minutos la parada de metro de Tirso de Molina, la Gran Vía muy cerca... Sábanas y toallas limpias, dos cuartos de baño en el apartamento Alba para 5 adultos que es genial para un grupo de 4 chicas... Camas cómodas, plancha, cocina... Genial para estar varios días.

Que no tiene espejo de cuerpo entero. ;)

Todo, la ubicación, el apartamento muy bonito, bien distribuido, muy limpio, había de todo, excelente.

El ubicacion excelente, el apartamento muy acogedor, en perfecto estado y limpio. La atención del recepcionista inmejorable, un chico encantador. Recomendable para todo el mundo.

Optimale Lage, Metro gleich nebenan, ruhige Wohnung mit moderner Ausstattung.

Es gab viele Ameisen, sobald man etwas Essen liegen liess. Im Bad funktionierte das eine Licht nicht, sowie weitere kleine Defekte bei den Möbeln.
