Great central location, English speaking staff, large room.

Lift was broken on arrival so had to use service lift for 1 day.

Location, design, atmosphere, friendly staff.

More attention to house keeping, wi-fi not reachable in all parts of the hotel room (!). Windows in the rooms should be able to open at least partially.

The staff were great. Breakfast was good.

The surrounds of the bed jutted out and were the same colour as the carpet so we knocked our ankles and tripped over them. We put coloured scarves on them to stop this happening

Fresh contemporary look of room and modern features such as control panels for lights, etc. Terrace was magnificient! Hotel was very quiet and private.

Lighting in room and bath could have been brighter. Found shower wand difficult to use for actual showering. Bed was somewhat "soft"...prefer firm bedding.

This is very basic bcn hotel as many others, nothing about boutique and design as it is promoted. If you look for comfort and privacy, do not book this hotel! Privilege room is not comfortable at all - narrow and long. Sitting area is inconvenient, but can be well used for keeping your suitcases. Terrace with “Japanese garden” is located in the yard with big buildings around and your “privacy” is shared with others neighbor rooms. No soundproof at all – one can hear coughing, talking, toilet habits from the neighbor room, wake up early in the morning, because neighbors are making sex. Bathroom – very small. “Exclusive” toilet bowl, bidet are swinging when one sit on them, that makes feel not very safe. Sink is not comfortable for approach. “Design” shower looks nice, but is not intended to be used as shower. Bad experience for high price.

Great location - central shopping street, two steps to the metro and to the railway station. Spacious rooms.

Bed bugs. They moved us after we complained but then told us they were Mosquitos. And previously pleasant friendly staff we cool and curt.

The facilities provided are excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location.

Loved the location and the design! The rate was just and the staff was really nice.

The shower. The bathroom is beautiful, but the shower kept oscillating between hot and cold water! It was really annoying to get "home" after a whole day in the streets and not take a relaxing shower. I asked them to fix it, but they said they couldn't do it.
