Staid in this hotel two nights in the beginning of May 2013. The hotel belongs to accor chain, so, normally it is a guarantee of standard. I had experience with Pullman in Dresden, Germany and it was all right. We had a late flight to Madrid and it took just something like 10 minutes to come to this hotel. It shares territory with Novotel, but price was higher. There is a underground parking but have not used it as there was a possibility to park the car nearby on the street free of charge. Hotel entrance and lobby looks really respectable. Staff was a little bit too quite but may be sleepy. Elevators are a bit old but operates perfectly. Room is big enough, places for storage, wardrobe. Bed was absolutely perfect, wide and high. It is not allowed to smoke in the room but you can feel the smell of cigarettes there. Air conditioning is personal, not central – so you can adjust the temperature perfect. Bathroom is big enough, got bath tub. Light is acceptable. Breakfast room is absolutely stunning with dark wood decoration on the walls, white table cloth up to the floor, floors are covered with thick carpet, every table got a fresh tulip on it, Villeroy and Boch ware – wonderful luxury atmosphere. Choices on breakfast are not really wide and most of them are Spanish specialities – not my taste. Fresh orange juice available but too sour at my taste. Absolutely tasty watermelon! Nespresso coffee machine available. Easily recommend this hotel to everyone and would surely stay here again in future

We stayed here for the convenience of being close to the airport. Used the Metro for a day trip into Madrid before we left for home, very convenient. Excellent shuttle service to the airport. Staff spoke english well and the service and breakfast was excellent. Would stay here again.

The hotel is relativaly new, clean and well situated, near the airport and show grounds (feria). It is a quit area, no car traffic. There are various means of transport to Madrid. Metro (tube) just around the corner. The hotel´s bus shuttle is excellent. Nice people in general. I don´t smoke cigarretes anymore. However, the old habit is still here. I was enjoying a drink at the bar´s lounge and I was puffing on an electronic contraption similar to a cigarrete. It does not emit smoke, just vapor. I was told by some ignorant bar tender I could not smoke there. I explained it was not a cigarrete and he told me I still could not use the electronic device. I just carried on. He was not too happy. I should point out I use the device on board airplanes all over the world. No hassle there. But at this hotel... The restaurant is a no no situation. The food is scarce and extremelly expensive for the quantity presented in the plate. Gourme style, ok , the plate is aprox. 60cm wide and the meat is just a mere dot in the midlle, nothing else in it. € 23 for that. There are other alternatives for dinner around the area outside the hotel. Please use them.Dinner for 3 at this hotel costed me €120.I still went outside to look for another restaurant but it was late... Please note the floor boards in our room are faulty. They squeek all the way from the bathroom to the bed. It bothers your partner if you have to use the toilet during the night.

Very good insulation. Nice breakfast. The metro station is a approx. 3-4 min walk. Unbelievable bed in the room. Free tranfer from/to airport - ideal for stops for 1-3 days between flights. A bit far from the center - a long reach even on the metro with changes.

The close proximity to the International airport and the comfort. We had a stopover en route for Malaysia and the return journey to Malaga .The breakfast also was very good. The fact that there was only one bathrobe and one pair of slippers in a double room for two people. We needed to relax and rest before and after a long International flight.

Comfortable hotel ideal location for attending the Feria. When I had an unexpected and unpacked for emergency requiment for sanitary protection at 11.30pm, (the hotel is in the middle of offices etc. no local shops), the hotel was unable to supply any, of any description. Appallingly bad that there is no provision for this type of problem. Also there was no shampoo or conditioner, no in room iron, no in room tea/coffee. Pretty poor for a hotel with this number of stars catering for the business community.

Comfortable room and nice restaurant/bar with good food Food and drinks were too expensive I wish the pool was open later The laundry service takes too long. Having to deliver by 8am in order to get them by the following day is silly.

Close to the airport and shuttle service to the airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was very noisy. All night were heard some kind of fan noise or machinery noise that made it very hard to sleep. We were suppose to be in a non-smoking area of the hotel but we could smell cigarette smoke particularly in the bathroom at night. Unfortunately, because of this I would not recommend this hotel despite the fact that the staff was very helpful.

The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. The pool area is lovely and drinks are served. The free shuttle bus from and to the airport was also very useful. The area is very quiet and feels safe, there is a cafe b ar across the road, the metro is only 50 metres away and there is a shopping centre with cafe, bars about 10minutes walk away. We knew it was a metro trip to the centre but hadn't realised you had to change trains twice, on the plus side the metro is inexpensive.

Location was excellent. Just off the M30, right next to a huge park, and with a metro station only 400 metres away. Room was very good, with nice bathroom and very comfortable bed.

I thought the decore of the room was pleasant. However there was a Problem Noise we Stayed in room 144 Although the room was comfortable so far as the beds the decor the cleanless every thing was quite current. However where the room were situated was terrible under the cooling system and pipe work very noisey. I am surprised they could consider putting anyone in these rooms. We were in room 144 the side of the pool at midnight I called down to reception using my mobile phone to call down stairs though the outside caller methord because the phone was not working . the info and icons also did not indicate the services on this phone in our room. Someone came and moved me to the other side of the corrider and gave me hear plugs. This was a little better but still noisey because the pipe work ran over the top of the room . when we were entering the floor of the hotel we were looking which way to go to find our room some people directed us and we were there earlier. At this point I thought is there a problem with the room. but on walking in all looked really lovely but once the AC was switched offf the buzz and groaning of the pipe work was anticlimatic, The member of staff who moved me admitted that people were often complaing about the postioning of these rooms . I would stay in your hotel again in a different area. But I find it a bit irratating that when one asks for a quitet room they would be put in this area . When the staff knew full well of the problems. Generally the staff were very nice and help. The food was good but it did take a long time to come. Yes I would recommend the hotel itself, so long as people were given a quite room.

WOW..... stunning hotel. We were competing at the Internatonal Dog show and this hotel was perfect, right next to the Feria Ground. The staff could not be more helpful, nothing to much trouble for them. The hotel is located very close to the beautiful Juan Carlos Park, wonderful walks. Shopping very close by as well, even found a big departemnt store open on the Sunday morning...... The food is excellent, we had dinner in the Patio Resturant, really lovely. Rooms very well designed and new, the bed was amazing, best nights sleep ever. Had booked for 2 nights but enjoyed the hotel so much stayed and extra night !!! Can not wait until my next visit. The cost of food & drink is quite high.... 15 euros for a Gin & Tonic & 1 small beer !!... room service for 2 teas... 12 euros. This is the only thing I can fault this winderful hotel on !!

Great location if you have a connecting flight in Madrid and need to spend a night. It is just 1 stop from t1-3 and 3 from t4 on the metro followed by a 5 minute walk. Much better than expensive taxi rides with a driver that has no clue where the airport hotels are located or waiting for a shuttle that you might have a cost associated with it too. I can't say anything bad about the hotel. The neighborhood is nice but there's not much around the hotel is you are interested in shopping, restaurants, or entertainment.
