Hotel Soho  

Very friendly and helpful staff. Trendy looking hotel, very stylish and nice features in rooms such as remote control blinds and lighting. Also good location, main attractions / shopping / dining all within walking distance.

1) Breakfast was just ok. Not very good selection of cereals and meats / cheeses. Very nice Nespresso coffee machine, but often ran out of water and had to wait for staff to refill, and often queues as only one machine. 2) Also noise in rooms is quite bad from outside and also hallway, seem to be able to hear everything that's going on. Would not bring kids to hotel as would potentially annoy other guests if they are loud (we could hear baby crying next door as if was in same room). Would recommend better soundproofing.

Great location to discover the non touristy side of Barcelona with lots of local places nearby worth a visit. Don't miss the chocolate shop and also the restaurant frequented by locals opposite the hotel.. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a little dark.

The hotel was realy modern. All attractions were within easy walking distance and the staff were realy helpful.

Would have liked there to have been a bar/lounge area. The terrace was nice, but for drinks to be taken up there the hotel charged 2 euros a drink for the privalage and the drinks were not cheap.

smart, modern hotel. rooms not huge but comfortable - nice bathroom and slick touches like electric blinds. pleasant pool area. staff were helpful but unobtrusive.

hotel is right on a very busy road and therefore traffic noise is constant in room facing the street. may be quieter in back facing rooms.. not too much the htel can do about this I guess, perhaps quadruple glazing!

Very stylish Art-Deco Hotel - perfectly situated some 10 minutes walk away from the Rambla Tourist Crowd - Very friendly and helpful staff - Room very modern and stylish with fancy soft-tone and other lightshow features - had a little problem with warm-/cold water I n the bathroom - very nice little roof terrasse with lounges and small swimming pool - will go there again

Location, decor, quality, cleanliness. Overall, I liked the whole package.

The location is excellent, the hotel itself feels very lucrative and has a very nice modern style - and above all, the staff really gives it all to try and be as helpful as possible.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It is in a quiet leafy area but within walking distance to the livelier (and noisier) Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya as well as other shopping areas and tourist attarctions. There are also metro stations and bus stops nearby. Availabilty of free internet access in all parts of the hotel is a big plus.

The room design and lighting are not the conventional type and needs a bit getting used to. Softer toilet paper, bigger bar of soap and a tea or coffee making facility in the room would make it perfect.

Very helpful, friendly staff, wonderful rooftop pool and terrace. Walking distance to shops and old town.

Not enough soap supplied, tiny blocks had to buy my own, no shower caps, slippery shower in bath, should be some sort of grips in bath to avoid accidents.

Nice hotel in the center. I like design of hotel and rooms. Breakfast was tasty. Light control and bathroom give you a lot of possibilities to colour you evenings with girlfriend.

Breakfast starts only at 7.30 and could be earlier (at least at 7) but it is a small thing/

Electronic blinds and lights were just too confusing and unnecessary.
