Spacious hotel Fab location
Pay to have fridge switched on. Pay for internet. Pay to have fresh pool towels. No tea or coffee making facility in room. Other guests were reserving pool sun beds at 07:30 am. Reception staff very abrupt.
View from out balcony
Needing to get up at 7:30am if you wanted a sun bed by the pool
Intertainment. There was nothing for our age...We had to to the hotel nent door every night .
Nice location and sea view
Not much ..everything fine
They didnt give me the view I booked also Its happen to other I met there
very good location
The breakfast choice & plenty of comfortable seating
The beds were quite hard
Close to the Beech and the Marina
No clean bedding,,bed made up twice in 5 days.
Hotel staff not very friendly. Upon arrival was given ground floor room which had a dead cock roach in. Second room was unable to open patio windows as broken. Third room given was a disabled room and by this time we were to tired to complain anymore. Was told to see manager in the morning. Eventually given a room on third floor the following day. No apologies offered. In this room the fridge didn't work but was fed up of moving. I have to say big disappointment from the first time I stayed at this hotel which was two years ago.
Meals on offer, hotel in general
Location, Food, comfort and the staff were exceptional.
Entertainment is basic. I didn't like a drag act in a family hotel with young children present.
I found some of the staff unfriendly and a little rude especially on check out...perhaps because I was a single female traveller. The room was ok.
Facilities were great. Food was excellent. Friendly staff.
Rooms were standard, but for the price paid that was only expected. Some of my group stayed on higher floors, and claimed their rooms were of a much higher standard.
fridge in room does not work unless drinks are bought at the bar for use in room - very dear
fridges are only in operation when drinks are bought through the bar in the hotel.
The location is great, view from our room was lovely, Breakfast wasn't bad. But I think it's the location that is the best thing about the hotel.
The room was clean but the bathroom could do with replacing, as could the windows. We were there last week (february 2014) and it was quite windy and rained a fair bit. The wind howled and screeched through the windows, even though they were closed, and the rain came in leaving the curtains soaked and puddles on the floor. The barmen were grumpy, the cocktails were not very nice, and the entertainment was not very good! At this time of year, it's a hotel for the more mature person.
Stayed at this hotel before and it has since been refurbished in reception and lounge area which has brought it up to date. Spacious junior suites with good facilities. Excellent location for beach, marina and walking into Torremolinos. Meals were excellent and plentiful no matter what time you chose to eat.
Pool side sunbeds were always bagged by towels from daybreak, some staying unoccupied most of the day. Sunbeds on the beach had to be paid for - 9 euros - so if you just wanted a couple of hours in the sun best to just sit on the sand.
The location to the beach and marina
I dont think there wasnt anything not to like. I suppose the corridors are quite dark leading to your rooms when you come out of the lift but not a problem really.
the noise was horrendous rooms so noisy could here next door talking snoring toilet everything .. spoiled my whole trip . VERY unhappy
Twim rooms grand for 2 people.
Junior Suite for 3 people was too small. Same size as twin room. The 3 girls were cramped.
guests who got up at 7.30 am to put towels on sun beds, then went back to bed as did not use them until 10 or 11am. insufficient sun beds for the size of the hotel. there was not coffee making in the room, nor was there a dispenser in the lobby for making coffee or tea only cold drinks
