Sol Costa Daurada  

Location of hotel was good for me.

It was the noisest hotel I have ever stayed in, not good if you are working and have to get up early each morning. It is ok as a family hotel but not recomended if you are looking for peace and quiet.

Excellent choice of high standard food, spotlessly clean, near to beach and Port Aventura.

My only complaint is that it would be nice to have coffee and tea making facilities in the room, but all hotels in spain lack this luxury.

Outdoor pool was not heated, but the indoor pool was fine.

The location is great, though for somebody 15 min on foot to the beach can seem to be pretty long. Then no fitness needed. The entertainment was great, the room was clean and the dinner was various. It is not my first stay at the hotel and I would definately come there again.

The food was salty, but it is my own taste as I don't eat salt. You can't wear shower caps which are in the bathroom when you go to jaccuzzi, only swimming caps, which I think is quite stupid. Sometimes the music from the entertainment was too loud and didn't let sleep up to midnight or even later.

We stayed in the Costa Daurada because we wanted to go to the Portaventura park and it is quite close (15 mnts walking).

If one books one or two nights instead of a vacation package it gets too expensive considering the hotel quality (3 star). Too many people for breakfast, too many people for the free bus to the park or to the beach, low quality furniture in the rooms.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Sol Costa Daurada. The food was delicious, the pool was clean as well as the rooms. The animation was surprisingly good as well. I would recommend my friends to stay there.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the fact that the tables weren't cleaned during our meals. As a result, we had to pile plates on top of the other ones.

Food wasnt great, cheap cuts of meat, lot of evening no yogurts were available.

A litlle bit noisy with too many children

The hotel was clean and friendly, but was to far from town to walk, which is prob why, free bus. I booked triple room and got only one double bed I was expecting 2 beds from details on web. 1 was put up sofa bed which was horrible to sleep on. Most hotels theses days have 2 double beds for children. The spa you needed to buy a cap to go into the pool at rate of 3 euros each, then a male staff came into female changing room whilst I was changing to hurry us up. I will not be rushing back to this hotel. Entertainment was good well organised by staff

Personnel trés aimable. Bonne situation par rapport à Port Aventura. Chambre propre 1er étage côté piscine. Bon rapport qualité/prix en hors saison

Hôtel trop bruyant. Chambre trés mal insonnorisée. JA déconseiller en haute saison car les enfants crient et courent dans les couloirs, les gens parlent trés fort. Question d'éducation aussi ! (:-) Quoi qu'il en soit. Isolation et Insonnorisation à refaire.

Après plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel, la restauration s'est améliorée.. L'hôtel reste agréable dans son ensemble. Son principal intérêt, il n'est pas loin ni du park ni du centre ville...
