The location is perfect.

Whereas the outside of thehotel looks modern & the rooms had recently been re decorated, built in wardrobes are old & the bathroom whilst spotless was old & in need of renovation.Rooms are'nt very large compared to other 4 star hotels. Was'nt too happy wuth the young girl at check in,not very helpful & seemed to be officious.I would'nt call this a welcoming hotel & certainly not up to 4 star standard that we expected. Drinks were small & dearer than the other 4 star hotel a few doors away.Entertainment was poor & the lifts judder & jump twice on each stop.Definetly not on our list for a return trip.

In our opinion it was the best looking hotel in Benidorm and in the best spot and we would definately go back!

Our only complaint was that all of the sun beds had towels on them but hardly any people, so we learnt that you have to get your towels out early to get a spot round the pool!

The hotel was fine restaurant and bar staff excellent

On arrival we were asked to pay for parking 30 euros fine,also a further 30 euros deposit for the entry key to the car park we paid both of these by cash.on leaving we were told we had only paid the car parking and not the deposit I fail to understand this as if we had not paid the deposit we woild not have received the key. Unfortunately the man who was on reception when we arrived was not there. Following this experience I would definitely not reccomend this hotel.

The location was excellent and the Hotel provided everything advertised, however in my opinion the cost was too high compared to what else is available in the area. Mainly the high cost associated with a Sea View was not worth the extra money.

The hotel was situated very close to Old Benidorm Town, which was fantastic. The exterior, pool and poolside was excellent, very modern and clean.

The hotel was staffed largely by surly, unfriendly and uncommunicative staff who really did not seem to care about the hotel guests. There was no tea and coffee making facilities in our room, which you would expect there to be when booking a (supposedly) 4 star hotel. The toletries in the bath room were very scant and of a very poor quality - we were given one tiny bar of soap for the 10 days we were there. When asking for wine glasses for our room we were refused! I myself went into the restaurant to get some wine glasses and the security guard went crazy! It was as though he thought I was steaing them! I explained that we were hotel guests and were wanted to have a glass of wine on our balcony and I WAS going to take the glasses. He capitulated on the condition I return them to reception first thing in the morning! We wanted to drink our morning coffee poolside and were told we are not allowed, and that if we did it then everyone would want to do it and it makes more work for the staff! For an Adults Only hotel we actually felt that we were treated like children. The staff need to 'lighten up' and SMILE at the guests and make them feel welcome. We are a mature couple from Australia and we were on our 25th Anniversary holiday. We had a great time, but we would hestitate to stay at Sol Costa Blanca again and we certainly wouldnt recommend it mainly due to the hotel staff being very unfriendy and unwelcoming and making us feel like we were 'putting them out'.

The room was comfortable and clean with extra wide beds and the balcony had table and chairs also a woderful sea view which we paid extra for. The pool and the area around it was very nice. The location was excelent with easy access to both the old and new town areas.There were lots of bars and resteraunts nearby.Lo

Lots,some of the staff seemed to be unfriendly sometimes even semi hostile. The dining room did not start serving dinner until 20.00 hours which is late for english people in fact there was no effort made to cater to english tastes ,all the food was swimming in gallons of olive oil and even though there was a large selection at breakfast and dinner we found it hard to find something that we could enjoy. There was no coffee available after dinner unless you went into the bar and purchased it which is totally unacceptable in a hotel of this standard. The parking is very complicated even though it is quite expensive......

Excellent location and sea view was brilliant. I enjoyed the hotel and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the beach and promenade. The swimming pool was super and all in all a very good location for a busy holiday resort.

Whilst there was a good variation of food, I thought it could have been a little better at breakfast but this is not a major fault, just a personal opinion. .

The Hotel was central between the old and new town, right on the beach . The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only had buffet breakfast and there was a good choice. It was very pleasant not to have any children running about.

You could not get a sunbed around the pool as they were all reserved with beach towels. Prices of drinks were a lot more expensive than outside the hotel but there is a nice little bar next door where the drinks are a lot cheaper.

Paying for wifi, that then has to be logged on every time and dreadful slow speeds If you need this facility avoid like the plague

myself and a friend return to this hotel every year and love it. the staff are friendly and will do anything to make your stay a memorable one.the hotel is always spotless and i could not have wish for more. we will be returning next year without fail. love this hotel so much !! would not recommend this hotel if you are on a stag or hen do it would be to quite for these groups.

Tendrian de modernizar un poco el lavabo de la habitacion y sobre todo sacar la cortina de baño.

De ligging heerlijk aan de boulevard mooi zwembad en terras. Grote eetzaal met prima eten.

Dat we niet konden parkeren. Op advies de auto in een zijstraat gezet en de volgende dag schade aan de auto. Bij inchecken veel te traag omdat schijnbaar de computer niet goed werkte maar een medewerken loopt dan weg en laat de twee dames aan hun lot over. Vanzelfsprekend dan ook de wachtende gasten. Jammer voor een hotel op zo'n mooie lokatie.

El ruido de jóvenes especialmente los fines de semana. El que no cambien las sábanas.

El estado de las habitaciones. Tan bonito que esta por fuera y por dentro pierde dos estrellas. A los baños les hace falta una reformilla
