well this has to be the best hotel we have stayed in in magaluf so clean and huge friendly..nothing to dislike

The room was really small for a 4 stars Hotel, and the shower was not working very well!

Good all round Hotel

The location of the hotel was perfect, with the beach and great restaurants with amazing food within walking distance. The hotel is equipped quite well, the rooms are clean and an animation team organizes daily and evening programs everyday throughout the week. The hotel staff is friendly and easy to deal with if you stress out the importance of your issue.

Very good services, every day they organized a lot of activities.

Hotel is good but i dont like Magaluf.There are not good restorantes there.It s place for young people.

As a 4 stars Hotel it is actually what it is. Quite clear and modern furnitured rooms, very near to the beach(around 150meters). Not right at the beach however there are many rooms with seaviews from the higher floors(we were at 7th floor and had a partial seaview since there is a building in the view for everybody unfortunatelly) Every day we had cleaning of the room. Breakfasts/dinners are quite good with a big variety of foods, that is very good. The beds in the room could be a bit better and more comfortable however it was also normal. Overall we felt very good at Magaluf this summer and this hotel also added to that good experience! 4 csillagos hotelként olyan amilyennek lennie kell. Elég tiszta és modern butorozott szobák. Elég közel a parthoz(strandhoz)150méter kb. Nem közvetlenül a tengerparton van, de mégis a magasabb emeleti szobákból viszonyleg jó tengerparti kilátást nyújt, ami részleges, mivel egy magas épület benne van a képben! Minden nap rendebeteszik a szobákat. Reggeli/vacsora elég jó, sok-sok különböző éteélből lehet választani, ami kiváló. Az ágyaklehetnének jobbak és kényelmesebbek, de azért lehet rajtuk aludni.(4 csillagos hotelben jobb ágyak kellenek kicsivel) Mindent egybevetve, jól éreztük magunkat Magalufon és ehhez a jó nyaraláshoz ez a hotel is hozzájárult.

The hotel was exclently clean, staff very pleasant and the food was outstanding.

Big rooms, equipped quite well. Very close to the beach. Plenty of free parking behind the hotel( don't waste your money on the hotel parking!)

They charge you almost on everything! they charged me on a glass of ice!!!! every normal hotel have an ice machine or will gladly give you basic staff like ice for free!

we have stayed here before so we were delighted to go back , we were not dissapointed as everything was excellent we had also joined up from friends from dublin and they loved the relaxation , food , fabulous pool and facilities as much as us. although this time there were a lot of families who used the fab kids facilities and also a lot of 20 somethings we weren't disturbed by them and they all had great fun with the hotel entertainers who worked very hard, we had gone after a lovely cruise ending in palma and the hotel food was every bit as good .we would go back to this hotel again

Location! This is the best if you are going there to party and enjoy the sea! And of course if you do not mind a lot of noise, music, young people parting there as well.!!!!

They have really thin wall, bad sea view, bad breakfast (take it without breakfast) there are a lot of good places on the beach where you can enjoy your meal! It is not the place to go with children, though they have mini club.

Hotel has very good location - quite close to sea and evening entertainments. Room was comfortable, large and clean, with all necessary in it. Food was tasty and various. I liked that there even was meat and fish for breakfast. Personnel are qualified, speak English, Russian. They were very friendly and made my stay more pleasant.

We stayed with my daughter (4y) for week in June 2012, half board. Standard poolside room. + 60 cm pool was great for kid 110 CM tall + Close to beach + Buffet was edible, and even some quality stuff was available every time + Close to offsite feeding (burgers etc junk) + Supermarket 50m from the pool + Fridge in the room + Excellent service, checkin was possible at 10 AM with no extra costs + Warm pool for sessions up to 7 hours

- Beds were a little bit poor - Cleaniness - Rowdy neighbourhood - W-lan not free - Soundproofing is a bit poor. - Do not take garden view, neighboring stag appartment building will make your life a misery. Brits just cannot know how to drink without a lot of noise and fighting.

First of all I enjoyed the location. The bus left us in front of the hotel. Then the location, it was just across the beach, very close to the fun center, to the main pubs and BCM (disco). The swimming pool was large and very k. For the sunbeds from the swimming pool, if we want in front of the pool, you can leave the towel on one sunbed round 9-9:30.Anyway you find plenty of sunbeds. The food was k, varied, for all the taste, both breakfest and dinner. You can eat from fruits, fish, meat, pasta, pizza..for all. The personal is excellent, kind and professional. Very important take a room with swimming poll view. You will not regret it. We enjoy very much staying here and next year we will come again. There are also activities for kids, small swimming pool, toys, personal, etc.

Location was excellent, 3 minute walk to beach. 5 minute walk to main strip of bars. 5 minute walk to pirates show. 10 minute walk to western water park. 15 minute walk to palma nova. Bus stop outside hotel. Staff were excellent. We were given the choice of two rooms which we were allowed to look at before we decided which one we wanted to take. Good choice at breakfast. Pool was great. Children's pools were great too. Mostly british guests. Sells uk papers, although these are expensive, but same price in local shops. 2.50 euros for the papers. Manos bar opposite was brilliant. Entertainment in the hotel was good, something for everyone. We would definitely go back again and recommend to other families.

Although the room we were in was good and suited our needs, we were right outside the lift area so very noisy throughout the night and early morning, although not much the hotel can do about other peoples lack of consideration! Drinks and food throughout the day are expensive. No wifi access. Internet terminals in hotel but 2 euro for 15 minutes.

This hotel was faultless, the food was fantastic and the rooms were spotless. The hotel staff couldnt do enough for us when needed and when we return to magaluf next year we will be stopping here for sure! Very happy :)

The lobby, the pool and the free breakfast buffet are incredible for the price of the hotel, but the extreme low quality of the beds made this the most uncomfortable stay at any hotel that I've ever experienced...

I could never stay at this place again because the beds were miserable. They were cheap, plastic folding tables with flimsy, uncomfortable mattresses on top. The bed literally ruined the stay. Not good for sleeping... Or anything else.

Very nice hotel, spotlessly kept, great spacious pool area for private bathing, spitting distance from the beach. An excellent choice. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I've stayed at least 10 times and have always enjoyed my stay. It's far enough away from the noisier parts of Magalluf but close enough to take part. There is always a good choice of food and the service is very good.

Only on one occasion have I found that the room didn't really suit me.

EXCELLENT VALUE, SPOTLESS ROOMS ETC, GOOD BAR WITH QUALITY DRINK, FRIENDLY STAFF, FANTASTIC POOL, FOOD GOOD, RECOMMENDED AND I WOULD DEFINITLEY USE AGAIN. GOOD FOR ALL AGES.

NOTHING, GOOD VALUE.

Have stopped at the Guadalupe on a number of occasions and have yet to be disappointed. The staff, atmosphere, cleanliness are always excellent. Cannot be beaten for the money in my opinion.

really nosy of a night, thin walls of rooms mean you can hear everything doors banging and headboards banging !!!
