The proximity of the hotel to the beach, promenade, restaurants, shops etc. The ease of parking in the area surrounding the hotel. The balcony and views from the balcony were very good. The hotel was quiet. The entertainment in the evening was good and the provision of free workshops for hotel patrons was also good.

There is very little parking provided at the hotel. On the day of checkout, the hotel charges if you need to stay in the room longer. Our flight was not until 10.30pm and checking out at 12 meant a very long day by the pool. We have stayed in Sol y Mar and Diamonte Beach hotels before and were allowed to check out at a later time for free. The breakfast could be better in terms of providing coffee pots and fresh juice as opposed to coffee and juice/water machines. The fruit could also be fresh as opposed to tinned.

Good Location

4 stars hotel with no wireless included. Staff member with very poor english. No 4 stars should be a 3 stars.

it was quite a noisy hotel and when we went to the breakfast room the food was very scarce.

A very enjoyable stay,comfortable room,exelent food,service and very good value for money highly recomendable!

Great location central to everything. Easy drive to theme parks and surrounding attractions great view of rock from our room. Although this hotel seemedpredominantly for saga/ over 50's and we're a young couple we were not disappointed weather amazing and close to all bars and clubs. Breakfast was inclusive and amount of choice was really good.

Nice swimming pool, plenty loungers. Breakfast was plentiful, but coffee was a disapointment.

Rooms were clean enough

Staff is not very friendly and work very slowly. We had to wait almost 30min to check in, with 2 counters open and only handful people for 3 to 4 rooms to check in. There is not enough space to park the car inside, so had to park across the street on what I call the dust bin because of all the loose sand and dust. You would expect a 4 star hotel to have more than 35 park places when the hotel has 15 floors of rooms! You can see the construction material and decoration is cheap and without taste. I was actually a bit worried to take the elevator of a brand I never heard of before, as it was making strange and unpleasant noizes when going up. Ooh and trying to take the elevator around 10 am is like getting lucky in the lotery. Expect waiting times of up to 10-15 mins as all the families with buggies and bags and what have you are all just going out or in. In conclusion this hotel was way to expensive for its value and it is definitely not a 4 star hotel as theu claim it to be. I suspect the rating was done by themselves.

Location was very good for the beach, restaurants and the shops. Has a good atmosphere, especially around the pool area in the afternoons and evenings with the entertainment. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Would like to have had tea/coffee & ironing facilities in the room. Personally I think that the room prices are too high and for the money should have included breakfast. Apart from these issues I enjoyed my stay...Thanks.

The hotel was within easy walking distance for the harbour, resturants and bars, and walking up the famos Ifach rock. The room was spacious,comfortable,quiet and had a fridge to use. Breakfast was of a good standard with plenty of choice. I will definatley use this hotel again for a weekend/walking/relaxing break. We did not use the hotel car park as there was plenty of parking nearby but this would not be the case in the height of the summer season.

Very close to the beach. Great selection for breakfast. Helpfull staff. Spacious clean room.

Su ubicación y el desayuno

Mal funcionamiento de los ascensores en las horas puntas, al ser pocos y muy pequeños. Tiempos de espera de más de 10 minutos.

En general el hotel es muy bueno,ideal para ir acompañados de niños y me gustaria resaltar el excelente trabajo que realizan el equipo de animación que hacen que la estancia sea muy agradable y como en familia.
