This small, contemporary-styled hotel overlooks the Mediterranean Sea from its setting in the Playa de Las Arenas, near the Marina Real Juan Carlos I in Valencia.

Next to the playa and very friendly
Friendliness of the staff, position.
It tooks a long time after opening to have hot water for the shower. The structure is not really modern, especially in the bathroom of my room.
Nice room with everything. Breakfast included and quite good. Wifi actually worked!
Other people in hotel very noisy...not hotels fault.
I have stayed here several times over the years. It is a very friendly, family-owned hotel, next to the beach and about 15 minutes away from the city centre by the metro. The room was comfortable, the wifi was excellent and the staff friendly. Although there are restaurants on the seafront it is always worth while crossing the street to visit Cabanyal.
staff at the reception is very kind Distance to the beach
Only single beds that cannot be pushed together. Walls appear as cardboard, you hear everything on the hallway and our room was next to a room used by the cleaning ladies
Excellent vfm. Free parking but not v secure. On the beach but Nov. not hot. Cheap bars nearby.
Trip across town by car with crazy city drivers to get to MotoGP.
Excellent location, on the city beach front. Close to port, science city, shopping areas. Not far to city center if you travel by public transport. The guy on the reception (with long hair, sorry, don't remember his name) is a living travel and history book of Valencia. His ancestors lived in Valencia and he is very proud of city he lives in. He can tell you a lot of interesting stories regarding Valencian: history, arts, literature, religions, surroundings etc. Just ask him! Rooms are clean. Wi-Fi connection is excellent. Breakfast is fairly good.
Not all the rooms have a sea view.
The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room was simply but tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom. Excellent position almost on the beach. Very good value for money.
Breakfast very basic.
Near from the sea...
Noise from the street during the night..
Hotel and staff a credit to owners, great location right on beach. Beach is great plenty of sunbeds and parasols and kiosks on beach selling food/drink etc travel to city centre very easy and cheap, no 32 300m from hotel or no.19 From 2 streets up towards El Cabanyal ( carrer Dr. Llurch) . Wife loved shopping both city and big shopping centres. I now know where every Zara shop in Valencia is. Local bars plenty of them but a bit pricey compared to other Spanish cities( Palma and Barcelona , Malaga ) seemed to be a cartel at 5 euro/pint. Bars in city cheaper by comparison. Couple really good shopping Malls short bus ride away, ask at reception. On prom. Look out for Ale Hop great little shop beach stuff and great gifts. brian and sonia
Nothing , holiday is what you make it!
Old and a bit expensive for a 2 stars hotel
The view of the beach fro by room. The breakfast was pretty decent. The wi-fi worked very well. Easy to get to downtown.
Other guests being a bit noise late at night (not the hotel's fault).
The hallway to the room was totally dark and there was a step down in the middle. I think it's very dangerous. There was no light at all in the hallway, toral darkness and I had to use my searchlight device to get to my room. The WiFi was unworkable and I had to go to other restaurant to get connected everyday.
* Beach is literally just around the building * Very good value for money * WiFi is free * Friendly staff * Large bed in single room
* Rotten door case to bath room * Steam cannot escape bath room, so you sweat after taking a shower
The hotel is directly on the Valencia beach. There are a lot of lovely sea view restaurants around. The stuff is very nice and helpfull. I think, it is a good money value.
To get un the city center you will need a taxi or public transport. But of cause, it is not the fault of the hotel - Valencia beach is not near the city center.
We loved the personal, especially Carlos was making us feeling like home, welcoming us from the heart, telling us also about the history of Valencia, painting, poetry, but also about the restaurants and some great places to go. In our last two nights we got a room with an incredible see and beach view. We saw the sunrise from our bed. I recommend you book a room with the sea view, is amazing!
Best of both worlds Beach on your door step and the beautiful city of Valencia just 10 mins away.(walk 50 mins)
Location Polite and helpful staff
Same breakfast each day Noisy area
Sea view room had a great view!. Room was simple but serviceable. Loved the location adjacent to the beach & promenade & bountiful restaurants. Bus transport to town easy, but we walked with not problem. Free on street parking was not hard to come by. Pay parking lot was nearby if needed. At reception, Carlos was very friendly & helpful!
Walls were very thin & nosiy middle of the night neighbors were not very considerate but only one of the two nights we stayed. Thankfully, they checked out. Include breakfast was plain but ok except that the coffee was consistently not hot.
Localización. Amabilidad de todo el personal.
this family Hotel is simple but garantees you a vacation without stress and hastle. the owners are very helpful and kind.
By the beach
AC didn't work, no windows opened. Night staff was rude, tiny rooms and overpriced for what it was
Simple accomodation in a great location. Staff very helpful.
Breakfast was awful. Everything pre-packaged
camera con terrazza sul mare
The staff was very accommodating. We had a great triple room with an ocean view and it's own balcony (302). Can't beat the location right on the beach. It certainly is a bare bones hotel but that's not what you go there for, and it's nice enough. Pretty quiet and clean all things considered.
There wasn't shampoo in the bathroom and the breakfast buffet wasn't great.
