It was by the beach, breakfast was great, and nice to relax on the terrace near the beach.

It had a very slow service at the reception, and I mean real long waiting time, however the reception staff were also very friendly. Definitely needs for more attention to be paid to waiting time for guests at reception, not good enough at this time. A private party kept me awak until 04.00 in the morning, no warning of this was given, I think this is unfair of the hotel not to advise.

The room was clean. Close to the Irish bars.

The tough, rubber-like (tinned?) mushrooms, no veggie sausages, no diary-free milk, no kettle in room, difficult shower, old TV with poor sound. Long wait at reception. There is air conditioning in the hotel, but the manager had it switched off in the rooms and in the public areas.

Staff were cold and brusque. No-one was present at the check-in when we arrived (about 1130pm). Had to get the singer (she had just finished) to find them for us

fanatastic pools,great buffet meals, free entertainment eg flamingo dancing and singers, close to town and Malaga, right on the beach

beds were a bit hard and the kids club wasn't open as it was to early in the season,not really that bad.

Booking.com info of a room for two adults and one child didn't get through to the hotel (they didn't have any record of a child)

The view from the balcony. The buffet. The swimming pools. The location, near the airport, near important cities such as Granada, Cordoba and Ronda.

The mattrasse was not good.

Excellent hotel for both kids and adults, it is huge and the facilities are very good. The several pools have relaxation for adults and a fun kids section with slides etc. There is also nightly entertainment and its located a little out of the busy centre of Torres by the beach but within walking distance to everything. You also have a private balcony in each room. We will definitely re-visit with the kids.

The rooms were a little small and had hard beds, but thats just being fussy! It can be pricey in peak season.

Many pools, lot of space, near the beach, very good breakfast and evening buffét all at reasonable prices. We will certainly be back.

We were there in january and the windows of the indoor pool area did not close well. Cole air came in and destroyed parts of the pleasure.

Short distance to Malaga airport

Very clean. Excellent location. Good value.

Can get quite noisy in the mornings, lots of noise from cleaners in the corridors. Decor very dated.

The pools are very good in the hotel it's location is good too also good buffet for dinner and breakfast

Can't fault it

Pretty well like everything about the hotel Didn't use any of the facilites because we did day trips everyday. Would like to have stay a whole day around the area.

this is my 4th time there love the pool and entertanement

booked hotel but stayed in the apartments and found them very old and in need of a good cleaning and a lick of paint

food was of a high standard, as was service for the most part. hard working staff maintained high standard pools were very good and hotel had a lovely busy atomsphere, with good entertainment at night, room that we eventually got was very good , spacious with lovely views. Very clean

our intial booking was incorrect, so we were put into the wrong room and then we had to stay in a different room for the first night but the hotel rectified the mistake made between booking.com and themselves and we were given a lovely room in the end and given a refund for the mistake. so they rectified the error very well

Location and the swimming pools

Theere was no information given out by staff regarding the facilities ie an information pack. Wasted a lot of time queing at the reception desk. I had to ask reception about the following : towels for the pool, the safe, car parking, Internet a tab at the pool bar food court at pool side etc etc one cannot take cash notes to the pool as they woul get wet while swimming and they cannot be left on the chairs incase they get stolen We should have been told all that when we checked in and the check in took nearly an hour which was ridiculous as only 2 staff where at reception. We came to elax instead we were stressed out by he time we actually got into the room.
