Close to the ski slopes, lots of restaurants all around the hotel, very central Very noisy, as if you were in a dormitory. Whatever happens anywhere in hotel you can hear. Even dirty towels on the floor were not changed

Location centre of town main reason for booking this hotel . Accommodation a bit basic for rate but comfortable Car parking . Staff cannot cope with rush in guests departing and requesting car from hotel car park . Some staff could do better try a smile

-near the ski -spa is nice ... and good but expansive -breakfast good and staff very good there and fast -no heating in the rooms after 3 request the staff put portable heater in the rooms from me and the kids ! in this hotel only heating 17.00 and 21.00 (tell the staff) and this with -2 deg. - this time the rooms are not to believe, clean but not to advised... last time we had premium for less money... be carful to booking a standard room...the room from the kids was with a part broken wall ... ok for a 2 star hotel ok and only to sleep ok, but for wellness and to enjoy ....

Great Location ,close to the ski lift. You have to pay extra 24 eur per day for the parking what you will not have to in most of other hotels in the area and also what is ridiculous you have to pay 30 eur per person for the usage of the pool area!!! Also they give you a swim cap and charge you 4 euro pr that as well . . . Of course this is not told in advance anywhere ....

The location is fantastic, right in the Ski village and the facilities were excellent. The spa was amazing and the children loved the kids spa area. This will be the only hotel we will use for future visits.

Modern and clean. Convenient for Lift Pass purchase, equipment hire and telecabins. Food not very good, only buffet restaurant open during our stay. No wine by the glass in restaurant. No slippers to get from room to Spa, even on request.

Siisti hotelli, hyvä aamiainen, hiihtohissis lähellä, kiva spa Ei ilmastointia ja sisällä niin lämmintä, että sai hikipäässä syödä aamiaista ja yöllä ei saanut nukutuksi vaikka pidettiin koko ajan ikkuna aivan auki. Jatkossa ehdottomasti hotelli jossa on ilmastointi.

El hotel, la ubicacion, que tenga comida para celiacos. Que en la parte "B" hay mucho ruido, las paredes son de papel, las habitaciones de la a son mejores. La calidad de la comida no esta mal pero imaginábamos mejor. Cobran el spa a los niños a pesar de que pone que no. Nos encontramos con 60 euros no esperados.
