- Buffet variety was good until we realised water or any other drink was not included in the half board pension !!! I dont even know if that can be considered half board without even water to drink.
- Half board pension does not include any kind of drink - Advertised parking is PAID and costs 24euro/day, ridiculous. - Advertised interior pool/spa is PAID and costs 29euro per day per person, no free access to anything at all. - Terrible sound insulation, you can hear everything from other rooms and even hotel equipments. - Terrible heating system, you cannot change room temperature at all. - Terrible and noisy ventilation system - Terrible mattress and pillows. - The "standard room" was terrible, view to the roof, and very bad interior quality. Basically this is a tottaly overrated hotel where you have to pay extra for everything you do besides staying in your overheated room without ventilation hearing everything that moves inside the hotel. Never again !
Being right in the centre
The price of the spa
Had to pay to use the pool. Which wasn't made clear when we booked also didnt mention it online . But we still had an enjoyable stay.
We all enjoyed to hotel and the children enjoyed the pool. Public rooms very comfortable
Breakfast on last day very poor - hotel was not that busy by then
-Staff was very friendly facilitating us an early check-in
-another spanish hotel that puts two beds together, even if you are a couple. And no other option available.
Location, very modern, friendly staff.
Rooms very noisy, decoration of rooms very tired, Poor shower, teenagers beds very uncomfortable Having to pay 29e each for a swim and 24 e for parking Poor service in the bar during the evening
I liked the facilities, however a bit disappointing that you have to pay separately to use the main pool. This should be incorporated into the price.
The room temperature was really hot. So much so that we had to leave our window open
Attentive but not claustrophobic service. The exec lounge extras The style of the room General hotel facilities Excellent spa Location in village Totally helpful staff.
Lack of temperature control in room that I could see. Did not realise the Italian restaurant existed until I left. Parking was expensive Toilet in 4103 kept filling with water and made a noise
Close to slopes
Very expensive Additional bed in very ppor conditions Spa costs extra, more than EUR30
The ridiculously high cost to use the spa facilities
The pool was not for free
Spa not included in price. This was not made clear when booking & extra €30 was too expensive to use the pool
Location, breakfast, design. We felt well in the hotel, staff is very attentive!
Family Rom was incredibly small. Not enough space in the closet and to hang ski clothes. When kids beds were open, almost impossible to move around in the room. For that price the rooms are way too small.
the staff where very attentive and helpful in particular with my two year old who needed a warm milk at five in the morning.
The fact that you had to pay extra for the adult spa given you were staying at the hotel
The rooms were very comfy
The host of the spa so expensive if you just wanted a swim
location was excellant
food was a poor standard and one of our friends had severe food poisoning front desk staff quite unhelpful at times spa very expensive there was a smell of sewers each morning
Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Provided us with an adaptor and gave us a late check out free of charge so this was great to get a full day on the slopes and a shower before catching our flight that evening. Breakfast was really good ... Lots of choice. Beds really comfy. I have stayed at the melia chain on 3 occassions now (london, marbella and sierra navada) they would be my first choice wherever i go now. Should have set up my melia rewards at the start!
Felt the cost of a shower cap and spa was cheeky for residents of the hotel.... I can understand it for non residents but should be less for those staying in the hotel say max €15 inc shower cap. However it was a lovely spa ... Bit chillier than expected in the hot tub
The Premium rooms are modern and comfortable.
The restaurant is too big, busy and noisy.
Excellent location for ski access, a couple of minutes walk to gondola - also great location for the evening with nearby bars and restaurants. Great facilities and especially the rooms in the Level which were very well equipped. Ski and boot lockers on ground floor great
Car parking charge for 4 days parking underground very expensive, given price paid for the room. Expensive charge for access to spa - would be nice to just be able to use the pool
Poor signal for wi/fi and not television reception.
The sofa bed for an older child was not very comfortable, we were on the first floor we could hear everything.
Hotel was far too warm
Breakfast is great
We took a quadruple room for a ski vacation with our children. The room was very small for 4, especially with all the ski accessories. The open beds were uncomfortable, and there wasn't even enough space at the bathroom to hang 4 big towels. This is the most expensive and luxurious hotel in town and we all felt it was far too expensive for what we got. In addition, every entrance to the spa area costs around 30 euro per person.
expensive for a standard room
