Great piano bar with huge outside covered patio to sit at (including ping pong table). Onsite spa and massage service was a great treat!

Was a lot farther from the airport than advertised- about a 30 minute drive. The outdoor pools are not open until June, the indoor pool is only open until 8 pm.

We booked a two bedroom apartment, which was very spacious and had a large enclosed patio - perfect for the kids to run about.

This was the third time we had stayed in the hotel - but it will be the last. The list of problems with the apartment was virtually endless and worst still was the couldn't-care-less attitude of the staff when I spoke to them. The apartment appeared to have been cleaned several weeks before we stayed and had not been checked before we arrived - the number of bugs and beetles (dead and alive) was in the hundreds. This was not acceptable, especially when staying with a 1 year old. Hot water was only available in one of the 2 bathrooms (impossible said the staff as they use the same heating system, but staff couldn't be bothered to come and check). The building itself had damage inside and out with broken plaster, broken skirting boards (shards of wood sticking out everywhere), mains power sockets that weren't properly sealed and broken handles on both front and rear patio doors. The fact that the patio doors couldn't be locked from the inside was frightening from a security point of view - both keeping unwanted visitors out and keeping the children in. In some ways the apartment didn't appear to be finished - I counted 3 sets of cables coming out of the wall that weren't connected to anything. All in all, it was a less than perfect experience. Had the staff been willing to help things could have been improved, but customer service doesn't seem to be a priority. On checking out, the desk manager finally offered an apology and said he would pass the list of complaints to his boss to be checked out - I don't hold out much hope for a positive outcome. Definitely not €190 well spent.

Apart from the location, it was a quiet hotel, and the breakfast was pretty much ok. There a loads of parking spaces; all of them are free

First of all , the clean up is done every 3 days, and it's not well done. Everything is charged; internet is on top of rip off scale! You have to pay 50cts € for 8mn and the print is 30cst: what a shame! You have to pay 10€ deposit to get the remote control. The personel (especially the girls from the reception) was not friendly at all On our last day, we couldn't take a shower as the water was cut off

Very spacious rooms and exellent kitchen equipment.

The hotel is great for a relaxing break, its facililties are second to none: ie. gym, spa, and overall facilities, food and service was also to a very high standard. I will definitely return.

the only negative aspect that it can be difficult to find and more effort coud be put to place proper driections to find the hotel.

Sol Andalusi Resort is excellent value for money, the staff are very friendly & helpful, but the overall appearance & facilities are dated and a little shabby! We also had to drive over 20 minutes to get to a shop and the outside pool was closed!

Apartments are big, with a lovely balcony. Within easy reach of Malaga Airport.

Had a nightmare finding it - satnav couldn't find it, as I think it's quite a 'new area'. It's rather set away on it's own. It was very quiet when we were there, not a place for anyone vaguely lively, but fine to relax.

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado y todo super bien cuidado. Además las instalaciones y todo lo demás también tenía muy buena pinta a pesar de que no haya tenido tiempo de disfrutar del gimnasio, de la piscina, etc.

Está un pelin alejado de la ciudad y cuesta encontrarlo debido a la mala señalización.

Diz que é 4*, mas na realidade é 3*. Não leram os pedidos efectuados na reserva. Não tinham cama para o nosso bebé de 1 ano.

Presque tout, surtout la nature et la grande terrasse.

El apartamento maravilloso, las buenas vistas y la buena atencion y predisposicion del personal dispuestos a resolver un error de booking.com cuando hice la reserva y lo comentare en la casilla de que no te ha gustado.

Conozco el aparthotel me he alojado otras veces, por tal motivo se que tiene piscina climatizada de acceso libre y sauna, el hotel esta retirado, no hay nada al rededor si yo reserve el establemiento era porque tenia piscina climatizada y sauna free, cuando llego me dicen que esta piscina esta en obras... En vuestra pagina no habia ninguna indicacion, en mi bono no lo indicaba, por suerte soy agente de viajes y conozco a Blanca Martinez la comercial del hotel, y muy amablemente de forma generosa nos dio acceso al spa gratis, ya que con un gran enfado hacia booking. com estabamos a punto de abandonar el hotel, ya que repito es un hotel no urbano ( no hay nada alrededor) sin animacion en invierno, nuestro unico objetivo era acceder a la zona del gimnasio, sauna y jacuzzi. Por favor poner una nota aclaratoria en la pagina para esto.

Apartamentos grandes con terraza y un complejo hotelero bastante completo con vistas a la carcel de Alhaurin de la Torre.

Las instalaciones estan un poco antiguas, precisan de una remodelación urgente.

No habia limpieza de habitaciones, durante el periodo de mi estancia y no han limpiado el baño ni hecho las camas.

Appartement sehr komfortabel und besonders sauber!! Sehr guter Putzservice im Appartement! Wunderbarer Balkon mit Fernblick! Absolute Ruhe! Nette ländliche Umgebung trotz phantastischer Nähe zu Malaga!

Der wunderbar angelegte Wellnessbereich mit tollem Hallenbad verkommt leider gerade total!! In der Sauna fehlen Holzbretter, am Schwimmbadrand sind gefährliche Löcher, es gibt kein Licht in der Schwimmhalle, alles ist desolat!! Der Umkleidebereich und die Duschen dort sind furchtbar!!Das passt nicht zu dieser Art Hotel, das mit Wellness wirbt und mit seiner riesigen Eingangshalle einen großartigen Eindruck macht. Sehr schade!!!
