Very comfortable and smart stop over hotel with excellent location for airport, and very good value.

Close to the airport and conference center

Expensive Internet, No Wifi in rooms, Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, confused hotel staff.

Shuttle from the airport saved a lot of time position of the hotel with restaurants and metro etc. not in the wilds very comfortable room good beds choice of pillows very big and spacious bathroom having a bath and a walk in shower nice staff generally helpful and polite

The hotel is let down by its breakfast a fair display as found in a 3 star maybe but no where near the standard of the the sol ibiza where we had been staying the hot food was luke warm and not replenished the hot water jug too for making out decaff and tea the whole set up did not promote confidence so we booked into a local restaurant for the evening meal a great pity the other thing on our one day out the room was not made up when we arrived back at 5.30 pm after a day out in Madrid ,the maid claimed we had put the do not disturb sign out

We liked Hotel Melia Barajas very much. We stayed there for one night because our flight was on the next day. It is near the airport. Room was very large, clean and beautiful. The bathroom had a cabine and a bath. In the evening we went to the restaurant. Every was good. They gave us a beautiful baby cot and our baby slept very well.

Staff helped make everything work for us. Room perfect. Pool great. Hotel transportation to and from airport fast and efficient.

Air shuttle mini-bus should be changed to a newer one wtih automatic transmission. It is one of major factor the hotel is chosen by clients.

Near airport

Took 45 minutes for the shuttle to get me to the wrong hotel, and it was their own shuttle! Internet lead didn't work, took two visits and 20 minutes to fix. Room service food was appalling and pricey, lights didn't work in elevators, so it was like traveling in a pitch black coffin, which is probably illegal! Had to queue for 20 minutes to get a wifi code from reception they would not deliver the piece of paper to my room. Ironing board smelt, was covered in stains and was tiny.

Es un buen hotel, el desayuno era impecable, los cuartos de baño nuevos y perfectamente equipados, con ducha y bañera separadas. La habitación y la cama eran muy confortables. El hotel era muy correcto en todo.

Se nota que es un hotel muy antiguo. La decoración no estaba acorde con las cinco estrellas del hotel. La televisión era antigua. Debería modernizar sus instalaciones, a pesar de ser correctas. Es un hotel de paso o para alojarte si se celebra allí un evento, como era mi caso. No es un hotel para disfrutarlo ni quedarte allí.

La atención en el Restaurant. Excelente disposición de su personal. Habitación cómoda, buen nivel de servicio.
