Fast check out, good breakfast, free transfer in 3:00am, Warm welcome in Hotel. Long check in, It could be uncomfortable noise from highway.

Only the location and price. We spent two nights there. We took the bus to the city and back to the hotel for our flight next morning. The staff not very friendly or helpful. The lobby is not very attractive and we found the upholstered sofas were grubby. No one at the bar to provide service. We arrived after lunch hour and were tired and hungry but were unable to get something to eat.

The reception staff and nothing else. It was quite simply the worst service I have experienced in a hotel, the service is non existent except for the reception

I choosed the hotel for one night because it locates closely to the El- Prat airport. The shuttle bus could be found easily if follow signs in airport to hotel buses stop. They leave every 30 min in week-end and every 20 min from Monday to Friday. There are only two exclusions: 10-30 am and 7-30 pm. The hotel is comfortable enough but a bit noisy during the night. The room has a bath but a tv is too small and old. The brakfast could give more choise. The staff is helpful and young. A bottom line -I would recomend the hotel for one night staying here.

The only thing I could say I liked, was the reception staff, they were friendly and helpful and understood english. The 4 stars given to this hotel is completely wrong, it is at best a 2 star. The service at this hotel is non existent, in all the hotels I have ever stayed in, and I stay in a lot, this hotel had the worst service I have ever come across. The restaurant service was poor, the choice of food was poor and the breakfast is definitely not worth paying for. I also asked for some hot water for tea, as the flasks which the hot water were in ( Not 4 start standard), were all empty. When the new flask came back 10 minutes later, I got warm water, not hot enough for a tea. The bar was by far the worst service in the hotel, it was non existent, eventually after an average waiting time of 20 minutes, one resident went behind the bar to fin someone, no one was there, 10 minutes later (30 minutes waiting time by now), a stressed girl arrived and could not speak english. I ordered a dry martini, after looking in a book how to make one, the girl made me a pure gin, shaken with ice in a cocktail shaker, I of course did not accept the drink. I went to the reception to ask for them to translate the drink I wanted, after this, I received a dry martini ( very dry, as there was no martini in it !!! When I went back to my room, the smell that hit me as I entered, was cigar smoke. I called reception to ask why this smell was n ow in my room, no explanation could be given, then a few minutes later, a porter arrived with a spray can to erase the smell. He told me that he was sorry, but the smell is often in the room?? I use booking.com a lot, normally I have the pleasure of writing good reviews, this time it is impossible to do so and this hotel should be seriously looked at as one not to book. The rating I will give this hotel is 1, and that is only due to the reception staff being nice and helpful.

Closest hotel to airport Once again as in too many so called business hotels, no free internet in the rooms. It was supposed to work in the lobby but did not in my case.

It's not in the airport, but 1.7 km from that. So...you need a shuttle service. It works, but if you lose it (as happened to me) you stay 30 minutes wait. Don't ask in the airport where is the shuttle point...they don't know!!

Very close to the airport. Nixce & clean room. Availibility of meeting plce in the reception. I didn't like the food?. I come very often to Spain & always (at least most of the times:))I appreciate very much Sapnish food. In this case I wouldn't eat again in the hotel.

The hotel was convenient for us as we arrived late evening and saved us going straight into Barcelona The shuttle bus was very good to and from the Airport and into Barcelona city. Hotel was noisy Food at dinner was extremly poor and overpriced Dining Room staff at dinner were not really helpful Breakfast was poor and overpriced for what we received Check in was slow and tedious, staff not very helpful We returned to this hotel after having a marvellous experience about 4 years ago and we were very disappointed with the hotel this year, not up to our expectations from previous visit

Close to airport. Shuttle was prompt and quick on the half hour. They had wifi in lobby as promised and it would be better extended to rooms. Attitude of bar staff could be upgraded(female)

Location for my work The room should have a coffee maker ... the internet was problematic and it is ridiculous that you have to obtain a new user I.D and password every 24hrs when it is free. Never had a showerhead so high, each day it had been adjusted to direct outside the bathtub, I struggled to reach it in a very slippery bath to adjust .... this was dangerous Had a minibar, no tariff ..... website says internet is wired, no cablew was provided so had to ask reception Restaraunt was average, choice on the menu was limited

- We had a big problem with the hotel shuttle that was supposed to take you from the airport and then back - we waited an hour each time for that to happen. At arrival we called the reception desk 3 times and reminded them to pick us up, but it took them an hour to get there anyhow, even though the drive from the hotel to the airport takes maybe 10 minutes.

I really have to warn people that travel to this hotel they should expect really poor service. While the hotel looks impressive the the service is very poor. TRANSPORT TO THE HOTEL A hotel that is in a midle of nowhere that is to far that you can't walk but close enough that taxis refuser to take you there leaving you at the mercy of the hotel transport. My first experience in December I waited 2 HOURS for the transport and this past week I waited one hour. NEVER AGAIN I WILL USE THIS HOTEL THE ROOM The room smelled very bad of toilet fecal substances. THE RECEPTION The people in the reception receive you like they are doing you a favour. I will not use this hotel again and suggest that unless you are prepared to experience this level of experience you don't do it yourselves.

Located near the airport 1) Long waiting time at inchecking counter 2) LAN does not work in the rooms. Explonation was given that it could interfear on the air traffic. Obviously not the LAN in the lobby as it was told. 3) Sitting down in the lobby and at the same time take a beer was not possible. The beer must be taken in the small corner in the bar. Very strange. 4) The restaurang was like sitting in a Bingo hall.

Stayed overnight before morning flight. This is in an office park with no restaurants or cafes so we ate at dinner and breakfast at hotel - dinner was okay but expensive, breakfast was satisfactory for 9 euros. The room was relatively large and comfortable with good facilities. The public spaces are extraordinarily large and open (the hotel rooms surround a large 6 story atrium) for a transient hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating - printing our boarding passes at the desk, scheduling their shuttle and confirming with us, etc. This is not a destination hotel but for what it is, it does a good job. Amazingly, in an obviously modern and updated facility, with all the latest everything, tryp has elected to equip guest rooms with old fashioned crt 1980;s vintage televisions. It's been a long time since I stayed in a "brand name" hotel and did not find flat-screen tv, and this was disappointed (especially since there is nothing else to do while in the evening but watch tv.)

We just had a short layover from malaga to Amsterdam. We were only in the hotel for 6 hours! It was great shuttle service, nice room and clean and comfortable. We could not receive the wireless internet in our room. One reason why we chose the hotel was bacuase of the free internet. We had to go and sit in the lobby to get a connection. In the morning we were accused of not paying our bill in front of everyone on the shuttle. When we checked in the night before we were asked if we wanted to pay then and we did. It was confusing and embarrassing.
