Zwembad, lekker uitgebreid ontbijt, gratis internet 24 uur, winkels, service in algemeen, bagage service, taxi service, schoon kamer. Hotel ziet heel sjiek uit. Hoorbaarheid. Je hoor alles in je kamer wat de buurman doen en zegt, en de buurman hoort alles wat jij doet en zegt heel erg vervelend! Bed is niet comfortabel, een dekken voor 2 persoonen. Schoonmaakster heeft de handoeken vergetten te wisselen. Als je wat uit minibar halt komt het in je factuur zelfs als je het ongebruikt terug hebt gelegt. |

The reception staff were generally polite but the desk understaffed. The furnishings generally "tired" & well below that I would expect of a 4 star hotel ... and the breakfast was a joke: there was a queue to enter, a very long breakfast buffet menu of which a substantial part was not available. All very 1970's and a big disappointment - I checked out 2 days early. |

bathroom was very clean; room was sound proof; avaliablity of Arabic TV channels; AC control was excellent poor response to e-mails; size of the room was too small; wierless internet was not avaliable in rooms; IT technical assisstent was not speak English and could not resolve my problem with wired internet |
