The reception staff were generally polite but the desk understaffed. The furnishings generally "tired" & well below that I would expect of a 4 star hotel ... and the breakfast was a joke: there was a queue to enter, a very long breakfast buffet menu of which a substantial part was not available. All very 1970's and a big disappointment - I checked out 2 days early. |

bathroom was very clean; room was sound proof; avaliablity of Arabic TV channels; AC control was excellent poor response to e-mails; size of the room was too small; wierless internet was not avaliable in rooms; IT technical assisstent was not speak English and could not resolve my problem with wired internet |

close to metro station, good restaurants in the hotel, bar was a bit pricey for a bottle of local beer (mahou) at 7 euros i thought but overall facilities were very good, room was spacious, two very nice restaurants within the hotel names have left me |
