we only stayed for one night and found that it was exactly what we expected for the price and from the description on booking.com.We do not mind walking so the 20 minute walk into the old town was fine for us although the very helpfull receptionist pointed out that it was very easy to catch a bus. we felt that everything could have been cleaner

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. There were some initial minor problems (E.G. a non-functioning hair-dryer), but these were corrected quickly and efficiently. The location is a bit far from the historic centre of Girona for a visitor who must go everywhere on foot or by taxi.

It was in the right location for my purposes and close to airport The bar and restaurant were shu most of the day and there was no room service even though advertised, it is supoosedly a 4 star or 5 star hotel and in reality is a 2-3 star hotel

It was a short (15 minutes) taxi ride from Girona Airport which was very convenient as we had a late night flight arrival and did not relish a long bus trip to Barcelona. The family room was fine as a double room but a bit squashed when an extra single bed was added. Unfortunately it appears that the hotel is in the business area of the city and quite a walk into the old city.

Very pleasant room and bathroom, big double bed with big mirror behind, tea-coffee-kettle in the room. When our tea bags ended they gave us more only after our call to reception.

Staff information about the city, Free parking close to the hotel, Shopping center right next to the hotel, Tea/Coffe/Kettel for free in the room Necessity of a car or to take a bus to reach the old city center, Cleanless of the bathroom in one corner

There is only one word to describe this hotel, and that is Excellent.My wife and I were very impressed by all aspects of this hotel and I doubt if you will find a better buffet breakfast. One aspect that really impressed us was when we returned to our room early evening there on the table we found - 2 glasses, a bottle, and a large piece of gateau with a note wishing my wife a happy birthday. The hotel staff must have seen her date of birth from her passport !!!

It was well placed with a 15 minute walk from the bus and train station, giving cheap transfers to the airport ( by bus) and Barcelona ( by train).

+ Excellent buffet breakfast + Tea/coffee making facilities in the room + In general very good value for money The family room could be a bit cramped if staying for a longer period of time (we arrived late at night and left after breakfast, so it was alright)

Great buffet breakfast! Hotel employees were very kind. They gave me user name and passwords, but I couldn't get on the internet. Nobody at the hotel could tell me how to get on internet with my hp minibook.

Their main entrance has two ways in - one using stairs and the other with a flat surface allowing easy access with baggage an a baby stroller. For some reason, the flat entrance was closed and there was no one to help us with our stuff.

The hotel was easy to find the hotel with signs from the motorway. Free parking is available. Free wifi was also appreciated in our room - each of us were given a secure key so we could use all our devices. Speed wasn't too bad either. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the USB flat screen TV meant that we could watch our own movies on a media player. We stayed one night only but would definitely go back. The hotel is a fair distance from the city centre - 20 minute walk or 5 minute car drive. Parking was easy in the city centre though.

Were undisturbed during our stay and were able to relax and catch a great night´s sleep. Large and comfortable bed and good sized room and bathroom. Location not great, but Girona is small, so easy to get to centre with a car from the hotel.
