very big hotel, nice room and bathroom, got the room on 12th floor and was able to get an excellent view of the city, loved it!! A bit far from the center but very well connected and close to the station

The room. Location of the hotel, close to the railway station and to the airport, not far from the center of Seville

Bad smell on the lift areas. Bad conditions of the bath towels

Near the metro station. Cheap and Quick to get onto the historic centre. Room comfortable. Two young staff on the concierge desk had the best English, were friendly and helped us to hire car and buy rail tickets.

Carpets in hall ways were stained. This is an impersonal hotel so if you are looking for Spanish Hospitality look elsewhere. If you are happy to be anonymous hotel. It is fine. The area is non description but there are easy busses and metro into the old city. Beware the mini bar. If you have children ask them to empty it. The prices are beyond expensive. I was hit with a bill for around £50 after a day or two. Some crisps, nuts, chocolate and water was used. Apart from that no real gripes.

This was a really nice hotel which we got for a good deal. The room and bathroom were large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay. Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast too!

No complaints really. It was not in the centre of the tourist area but it was only a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral so close enough. And the train station was only a 5 minute walk which was helpful.

The room was not clean enough. Dust in the bathroom and on the beds. Water dropped and rust on the bottom from drink cans, inside of the mini bar fridge/freezer, because the ice was melt.

El desayuno fue un desastre y caro a 20 euros. Lo mio fue cubierto por hormigas porque tenian un problema con los bichos en el comedor y por fin pague 20 euros por 2 tazas de cafe y los cereales. Lo demas fue afectado por hormigas. El personal no le dio mucha importancia y al momento de pagar la factura, recepcion me dio entender que porque no me habia salido del comedor corriendo entendian que era porque habia desayunado y punto - nada mas que discutir! Rubbish breakfast for 20 euros and unhelpful staff in the dining room. Terrible ant problem in the dining room and staff still expected me to pay for having 2 cups of coffee and a bowl of cereal as the rest of my breakfast was eaten by ants! Very inflexible reception staff. Wouldn't recommend the place if you want people to be flexible and take the guest's comfort into consideration.

The car parking is seperate and very expensive.

Location location location just like buying properties. Two bus-stops away from Sevilla train station. Right in front of big shopping centre and easy to locate.

parking del hotel sin ascensor, mucho ruido en las habitaciones (se escuchaba todo de una habitación a otra), calor en las habitaciones

Es muy centrico en sevilla, ideal para compras y paseo.

No hay ascensor del aparcamiento al hotel, eso no es de hotel de 4 estrellas y mas cuando el dia esta lloviendo. Tuvimos que salir a la calle para luego entrar al hotel, y aemas el aparcameinto el muy caro, casi 20 euros el dia (24 horas). yo estuve 14 horas y me cobraron lo mismo 20 euros.

Boa localização, perto do centro (10 m a pé), em frente ao corte inglês e com vários cafés e restaurantes perto. Possibilidade de westacionar nas ruas perto do hotel sem pagamento. Hotel confortável, pessoal prestável. Um pouco caro para o nível de preços em espanha.

Está bien situado en Nervión, un buen barrio con mucho movimiento, algo alejado del centro histórico (20 minutos andando), con metro y autobuses a la puerta. Soy cliente habitual en los últimos años, lo que ya es un referente. Personal amable y una excelente "Taberna de la Dehesa" en los bajos del hotel.

Establecimiento al que le hace falta una renovación. Le sobra la moqueta ya muy sobada y algunas baldosas del cuarto de baño rajadas con peligro para los pies descalzos. El garaje aparte del edificio, siempre es una incomodidad.

Tuvimos la suerte de que al llegar al hotel no quedaban habitaciones de la categoría de nuestra reserva y nos dieron una habitación de categoría superior, una habitación premium. Ha sido una estancia estupenda, nos ha encantado a mi madre y a mi, todo estaba lleno de pequeños detalles y la habitación dentro de tener un ambiente muy funcional resultaba acogedora.

Solo poner un pequeño pero, aunque la habitación era superior a la reservada, no me pareció adecuado que la mayoría de los detalles fueran sólo para una persona, el albornoz, los complementos del baño: jabón, accesorios dentales, gel de ducha, champú, etc... Era obvio que era una habitación preparada para una persona.

La moqueta deberían cambiarla, está un poco sucia, antigua y por mucho que la limpian las señoras de la limpieza que por cierto ponen todo su empeño está .......

En el piso 11 donde estuvimos alojados había un fuerte y feo olor a cloaca.

En general, está bien.

Supongo que se debería a algún tipo de avería, pero en los ascensores olía como... ¿a alcantarilla?

Pasear por sus calles y degustar su variedad de tapas.

De airco werkte niet naar wens. De meeste restaurants gaan pas open om 20:30 uur. Behalve in de wijk Santa Crusz, Daar kan je de hele dag eten. Het hotel heeft geen restaurant. Wel veel in de buurt.

Me ha encantado el trato con los clientes, lo atentos que eran y la educación y respeto con el que tratan. Siempre están pendientes de si necesitas algo. Para las compras estas en el mejor sitio. Mucha comodidad y limpieza.

Me gusto todo así que no tengo nada que decir en contra
