The bathrooms were not as clean as they could have been and there was a lasting smell of drains. Left with 4 serious mosquito bites.

Location to exhibition centre

B&b very expensive. Beds not comfortable.

The room was really nice. It had two twin beds pushed together, which was a little odd, but the beds were good. The bathroom was big, which was definitely nice. There were a lot of tv channels, but they were all in Spanish, and I couldn't find English subtitles. Also, the staff will tell you how to get to the city center; it's not very far. Just make sure you ask where the bus stop is (behind the hotel).

The bathroom smelled like sewage a lot, which was bizarre and unpleasant.

The room was very nice and the staff were polite and helpful. The toiletries.

The door of the room didn't close properly, the toilet was not very clean. The shower was broken down and the coffee and juice was that of a touristic hotel. Breakfast is pricey for what it is.

Verry good hotel.

Room and price

Food was average. Bar closed at 11, after arriving at 9 after a days work we were not offered last orders, the bar closed without notice. Disappointing as we were with customers.

The close position to exhibition center.

Unfortunatelly the 2 rooms I had smell a lot (like landfill). Receptionist justify because the rain outside.Window glass was broken. Toilette brush in orrible status.

Interesting design to hotel. Very well placed for the exhibition centre, my reason for visiting Barcelona. Good friendly shuttle to and from airport and exhibition centre

The restaurant could have been better. Staff obviously very keen on closing up before the time posted on the timetable.

With not being able to speak spanish, I would liked more information on bus routes, times, cost of fares and also trains on your presentaion leaflets

The room had lots of space and was big enough. We liked the location of the hotel and the fact that a very good shopping center was near by. Also the hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport which was very helpful for us.

The worst thing was the smell of our room. The staff were not as nice as possible and the hotel was pretty dead and quiet.

Worst in every sense. Plus: half the things were broken, like hair dryer and such.

Shuttle service was convenient and efficient.

The room wasn't as clean as it should have been and their were no towels in the room. Bed was as hard as a rock.

This not a 4 start hotel.... i received a room in which the sink was almost clogged but they did not change my room, or offer a discount. The glass door to the toilet was broken and completely missing. I made a complaint and they never got back to me....very unprofessional for a 4 star hotel...
