Prima verbinding met vliegveld El Prat. Prachtig hotel van binnen;mooi ontwerp! Verdiepingen en kamers liggen in een ronding, waar je tegenaan kijkt. Als liefhebber van architectuur erg van genoten. Kamer zelf groot en voorzien van alle gemakken.

De ligging tov El Prat is prima, verbinding met lijn 46 is goed(koop) en snel. Het centrum is zeer eenvoudig te bereiken met alle bussen via Placa Espagna en de Metro op loopafstand. De receptiebemanning is aardig en behulpzaam, altijd schoon overal en ruim opgezet. De kamers zijn ruim en van alles voorzen, de ramen houden het geluid van buiten goed weg. Een mooie fitnessruimte, zwembad (07.00 - 22.00!) en stoomcabine.

De ruimte in en rondom het zwembad worden slecht onderhouden, de sauna werkt al tijden niet en veel rvs (?) roest her en der. De bar is om 10 uur dicht waardoor het al snel ongezellig is hier. De kamers zijn zeer gehorig! Bij inchecken is overhandigen van een Roadmap wel zo aardig.

The hotel has nice rooms,comfortable beds and a futuristic look. The bus stop it is not far from the hotel, there is a big mall in the vecinity (there is even an Ikea store in 3 min walking distance) with reasonable prices. I recomand this hotel most for business trips (right in the heart of economic center) or if you want to be closer to the airport.

The AC was not working and the temperature in the room was high and also the pool it is very small, the water was cold. After a long day of sightseeing one might expect to relax by the pool side and enjoy a good swim, but that was sadly not possible. The wi-fi connection in the room was realy annoying ,disconnecting every 5 min. I must ad that the hotel it is a bit to far from the city center of Barcelona but it is located in a open and safe area.

The helpfulness of the evening desk staff in trying to help us confirm flights and get boarding passes.

The odor of cleaning chemicals in the room. The fact that the advertised shuttle service to the airport was not available the morning we left Barcelona.

The location was good. You can take bus l94 or l95 to get Barcelona in 15 min. The staff were friendly specially those were working on breakfast room. \Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with different food (egg, water, coffee, different breads, fruits...). I strongly recommend to everybody to go there since this is valuable for money. They are also so fast for check in and check out. They are also good in English.

The indoor swimming poll was very cold and the sauna does not work. It was one of reason that I selected this hotel. They just told sorry. It seems that it is out of order since long time.

Location and transport to airport

Staff were polite and the hotel itself was clean. Although far from the centre, it wasn't that bad once you've worked out where the stations are.

The bed was terrible and it was quite far away from the centre of Barcelona. Strange smell coming from the bathroom in our room. The pool was closed for maintenance.

I actually liked the location,fab architecture in the area ,supreme town planning ,all seen from the balcony of my room. Curious design of Hotel Solvasa gives the impression of being somewhere special,given the memory of the friendly staff ,makes me think of it in kind terms.

I actually booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool! Shit, the pool was not ready to be used yet.This would have been the kind of information that would have swayed my decision about which hotel to book.NOT Pleased.

smell awefull (i stayed there 2 years age and same thing),poor internet,rude staff, swimming pool so cold that and outdated that its useless.

Just to confirm, it is NOT a 4 stars hotel.

Overrated. Has been build as 4 star hotel and barely renovated since than. And does not qualify for that anymore (2 stars of the hotel logo are not lighting up anymore, that's a sign...) Many things are broken, wellness area is in terrible condition. Breakfast and food is average, also does not qualify for the 4 stars. Breakfast starts at 7 - forget about asking 10min earlier for a coffee if you've to head of at 7:00

Clean, nice rooms, enough space in the room.

Clean, good value and close to the conference centre. Would suggest that if you have the choice to select the breakfast option then go for it. A good selection of both hot or cold items and a great way to start the day.

Bathroom had seen better times. Wi-fi did not work with iPhone or iPad on the latest IOS, ok on laptop though.

Very confortable, breakfast is good and the decoration is beautiful and appealing. Good Service in general.

DE: Auf Nachfrage war das Zurücklassen des Gepäcks länger als bis 12:00 (CHeckout zu Mittag) ohne Aufschlag möglich. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend. Der Raum mit Terrasse (6. Stock) war klimatisiert. EN: It was possible to leave my baggage in the room longer than 12am(checkout) without any additional costs. The room (6th floor) was with air condition.

Ich wollte nach nur einer Nacht um eine weitere verlängern. Man bot mir an das Zimmer zum doppelten Preis buchen zu können. Gott sei dank habe ich ebenfalls die zweite Nacht über Booking.com gebucht. somit war ebenfalls der selbe Preis möglich. An einigen Stellen waren die Sesselleisten herunter gebrochen. Weiters war der Duschkopf sehr niedrig montiert. No english TV channels. - only in spanish. Some small parts are a little bit defect in the room (two times the plinth and the shower-holder). The shower was mounted very low. so tall people could have a problem with this.

The staff was really friendly.

The breakfast. Should have more choices.

Breakfast consistency too poor with regards to the price of 14€ (ex: no fresh orange juice) Room 615 has several problems: shower evacuation, window not 100% closing, handle of the dressing broken

Right ad good ratio between price and quality.

the hotel is very nice and very very clean. room very comfortable. staff was very helpful and welcoming (I arrived very late 2300h). checkout also very fast. breakfast very good. lot of choice.

shuttle bus was not available at night, which is not so good, as I had to take the bus. can be a bit awkward if you have luggage. suggest to delete the remark about the private bathroom in your "room details". the bathroom is well inside the room.

Room and Gym.

too far from the city centre and nothing around the area to go and visit unless you want to travel by bus. It is situated in the centre of a commercial area.

The bathrooms were not as clean as they could have been and there was a lasting smell of drains. Left with 4 serious mosquito bites.

Breakfast.

No air condition,no ironing board, no charge for pluging in phone, no coffee pot in room, no ice bucket. Room very hot and was told by staff to open window and was very rude, basicly worst hotel ever,

B&b very expensive. Beds not comfortable.
