Fabulous location in resort of Palma Nova.

Great location, very clean and all apart from one member of staff were very polite and helpful.

Nothing. The hotel caters mostly for older guests, we didn't use the entertainment (mainly for that reason) but it looked fun if that's what your cup of tea.

hotel was close to all the shops beach and not to far away from the night life.it had excellent entertainment in the hotel .cant say enough about this hotel,will stay here again soon.

Location was very good with it been no children adults only it was all mature couples only very relaxing the view from the hotel was the best can not fault this hotel at all the staff where very good will defiantly go back to this hotel

This hotel is excellent. We hired a car and used it as a base to explore the island but its location is also very good right near the beech and with many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Breakfast was included with a wide variety of choice. Nice bar and pool area with entertainment in the hotel every evening. Free Wi Fi in the hotel plus internet for a small charge. Our room had a sea view and was spacious and comfortable, especially the beds. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and helped make our 5 nights very enjoyable.

Adult only hotel with excellent food and facilities. Very good location right on sea front with direct access to beach. Free Wi-fi available.

Not a lot

I liked the hotel itself, food was nice, rooms were lovely, our cleaner was a lovely lady, the guy that checked us in was lovely,English lady in bar was extremely lovely, the girls in breakfast lounge were lovely.

One spanish staff at the desk was a miserable grump not a bit friendly. We could not sleep because of young people coming home from a disco making noise on the beach, not the hotels fault but maybe they should have rang police when it got out of hand.

The position of the Hotel is excellent as it is opposite the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and the best we have ever met in Spain. The food is great with a wide variety each day. Being able to sit outside at meal times was a bonus. A good range of entertainment was provided.

The only fault I would say is the fact you cannot acess the pool until 09.00. The area is sealed off to stop people saving sunbeds which is fine but not being able to get an ealry morning swim was disappointing. In the evenings the pool area is closed and so you have to sit outside in a smokers area.

Fantastic location,good food & plenty of sunshine,what more could you want!!!!!

We had a lovely time at this Hotel the food is excellent the staff are very good, helpful and friendly. We have nothing bad to say at all. We would recommend it to friends.

Just about everything. Location, friendly staff, friendly guests, food, general comfort, felt safe and secure.

We liked everything and wil return next year.

Entertainment spot on , if a little late for some, 10pm. Food quite good & varied, grapes with cheese & crackers would have been nice. Location right on beach & in the middle of shops could not be better.

Th area just outside the Lounge in front of the pool was always taken over by smokers, as a non-smoker it seems that a non-smoking area outside is essential to enjoy the outside area also. One female member of staff, a scottish woman, was extremely unpleasant, asking us to remove our bare heels from the outside cafe seats, we were alone, but it was getting late.ie 6.30pm and it seems we were in her way. Her attitude would benefit from some "Customer First" training initiative. Although the location was good it was a bit noisy in the early hours, I think the Magaluf crowd must be making their way back to their hotels etc. nothing too bad if you keep your balcony doors closed.

Nice and modern hotel, that has been gradually renovated.

The cleaning staff is rather inflexible. The first day, they insisted on cleaning at 4PM, where we had just returned from a city trip and wanted to rest at the room. So we skipped the cleaning. The last day they insisted on cleaning at 10.30AM even though checkout was at noon.

The quite, the likeminded clientele and the perfect location for both Palmanova and Magaluf.

The hotel is situated on the beach and is clean and freindly with lovely food we have stayed here 7 times and cant wait to go back

酒店位置很好，面朝大海。酒店员工英语很好服务很专业。房间也很干净。晚上的自助餐很棒，环境也优美。交通- 也很方便，酒店门前就有公车站，离附近的游乐设施很近。我们住宿期间其他住客都是老年夫妻，用餐时整个餐厅- 就我们两个年轻人。

入住酒店的之后信用卡没刷出来，只好用现金支付。但是在当地提款机中可以成功取款。估计是工作人员的操作失- 误。房间略小。

Emplacement en front de mer. Chambres avec vue mer. Hotel sans enfants. Etablissement occupé à 95% par des britaniques. Ce qui nous convient tout à fait mais peut-être un "choc culturel" pour des français ne s'y attendant pas.

Personnel très poli et discret. Proximité de la plage mais malgré tout calme durant la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, mais surtout fait pour les goûts des nombreux résidents anglais. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. A recommander pour un séjour balnéaire.

Het hotel pretendeert voor minder-validen te zijn, maar scootmobielen zijn in de bar ,lauch en in de eetzaal verboden. Dit geldt ook voor zeer kleine opvouwbare scootmobielen. Een taxie in het hotel besteld is een duurdere voor vervoer van de scootmobiel, er buiten geen probleem met een normale taxie.

The staff. The location. The bedroom & ensuite - though quite small both were excellently equipped - there was even a light above the dressing table that allowed me to do my make-up - probably a first in all the many hotels I´ve stayed in!

A very minor point. A second chair in the bedroom would have been nice.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, la population est plus âgée évitant ainsi le bruit pandant la nuit. La plage de sable fin est exceptionnelle, il l y a beaucoup d'activités nautiques dans les environs de l'hôtel.il y a un bon restaurant la mecca qui n'est pas cher.la chambre est propre et toutes les chambres ont une vue sur la plage.le personnel de l'hotel est aimable.90% de la population est anglaise.

La nourriture est complètement britannique.il est énervant de n'avoir pas pu déguster la cuisine espagnole pendant une semaine et il faut rappeller qu'on se situe à majorque.

Sunbeds too near the side of the pool - not enough room to walk round - husband damage his toe and couldn't walk comfortably for the first four days we were there. Sunbeds were very uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time - needed some cushioning.
